The web portal is access through digital device by entering user ID and password to store the information of service provider, distributers/franchise partners, card sponsorer or retailer respectively. The end user activates the card through digital device by tapping on QR code and entering activation code along with information. After activating the card, the screen display promotional advertisement of the service provider, distributers/franchise partner and card sponsorer or retailer related to his preferences along with end user’s information. Field of Invention
The present disclosure relates to digital business card. More particularly, the present invention relates to a digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing and process thereof.
Background of Invention
Business card contains business information about company or an individual. They are used as a communication tool during formal meetings. It is an excellent way to represent you and your business. Business cards are part of branding exercise that marketers take up to beat the competition. A business card includes the givers name, company or business affiliation (usually with a logo) and contact information such as address, phone number, e-mail address and website. Now they may include social media addresses such as Face book, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Business card serves the key purpose of marketing your business and getting your key contact information into your client’s hand all in a matter of seconds. Business cards are easy to share. It’s easy to take them with you in travelling, trade shows, seminar, and conventions. A good business card creates an image of professionalism on potential clients.
The business cards are exchanged with each others to share the communication details and business information. However, the business card collection will reach up to hundreds and more. Also, it is hard to search for any particular business card in the collection of business card. Further, the business cards are hard to store and occupy a good space. They will end to dustbin in just a few months. As the business cards are made up of paper, there is a chances of lost and damage the visiting card. Also, the paper is made from tree, so manufacturing of papers leads to deforestation, water and air pollution and waste problems. With advancement in technology we can save the environment and save the effort to store the business card.
US 2005/0103838 Al discloses an electronic business card device comprises a constructed memory along with sending, receiving and storing mechanism. A sending mechanism adapted to send stored electronic business card to other device, a receiving mechanism adapted to receive an electronic business card and associated card information from another device and a storing mechanism adapted to selectively store the received electronic business card and associated information in the memory of the device. However the electronic business card device shares only that information which is derived from the image of business card. It doesn’t provide any information about any products or advertisement. Further, one electronic card shows only one business contact information. Hence, the said prior art is limited to only display the business information that is printed on the card.
Apart from this, there exists an acute need of the industry for development of an innovative business card which genuinely and economically ensures to overcome the traditional paper-based business cards and providing one business card for all business cards of different business information which provides digital advertisement and promotion of products by sharing the digital business card during formal meetings as mentioned above. Thus, there is a need for digital business card that overcomes these drawbacks in business card by providing a digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing and digital advertisement with promotional videos. Hence it is desperately needed to invent a digital business card that substantially and effectively exchange business information.
Object of Invention
The principle object of the present invention relates to a digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing and process thereof.
Further object of the present invention relates to a digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing and process thereof which is NFC enabled business card with QR code.
Another object of the present invention relates to digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing and process thereof which can be conveniently share personal and business details with others using their digital device and digital business card.
Yet another object of the present invention relates to digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing and process thereof which replace the traditional business card with versatility of digital media to enhance networking, promotion and marketing of business.
Another object of the present invention relates to digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing and process thereof which provides end user gain access to exclusive discounts, promotions, and product offers through the displayed advertisements.
Yet another object of the present invention relates to digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing and process thereof that provides digital advertisement of several businesses in one business card.
Summary of Invention
The present invention relates to the digital business card and more particularly relates to the digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing and process thereof comprises of NFC-enabled business card with QR code. The web portal is access through digital device by entering user ID and password to store the information of service provider, distributers/franchise partners, card sponsorer or retailer respectively. The end user activates the card through digital device by tapping on QR code and entering activation code along with information. After activating the card, the screen display promotional advertisement of the service provider, distributers/franchise partner and card sponsorer or retailer related to his preferences along with end user’s information. Business card is mainly used in marketing and branding of business industries.

Detailed description of invention
Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompany drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
The particulars shown herein are by way of example and for purposes of illustrative discussion of the embodiments of the present invention only and are presented in the cause of providing what is believed to be the most useful and readily understood description of the principles and conceptual aspects of the present invention. In this regard, no attempt is made to show structural details of the present invention in more detail than is necessary for the fundamental understanding of the present invention, the description taken with the drawings making apparent to those skilled in the art how the several forms of the present invention may be embodied in practice.

In today's digital age, business cards & advertisements often fall short in capturing the attention of potential clients and customers. As a response to this challenge, the NFC-enabled digital business card with digital advertisements project was initiated. The project aims to leverage Near Field Communication technology to create a modern and interactive business card that can seamlessly exchange contact information and provide value-added services through digital advertisements. The increasing demand for targeted and personalized advertisements, presents a unique opportunity for this innovative solution. By combining the practicality of a traditional business card with the versatility of digital media, the project seeks to enhance networking experiences, promote brand awareness, and boost marketing effectiveness.
It is to be understood that the digital device means the NFC-enabled mobile phones or tablet which are able to scan the QR code.
The digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing comprises a NFC-enabled business card with QR code, a service provider’s digital device, a distributer’s/franchise partner’s digital device, a card sponsorer or retailer’s digital device, and an end user’s digital device.
The digital business card is printed with business details whether it is name or contact details or the logo of the business on one side whereas the other side or back side of the business card is printed with QR code. Further, the business card is embedded with NFC chip which is integrated with an individual QR code printed on the business card.
The individual QR code provides an individual identity to every business card. Further, the QR code integrated with chip is linked with an online web portal that is connected to the database server.
A database server store and manage the information added by the users in the web portal. It allows users and applications to centrally access the information across the wireless network. A firewall is used to secure the information stored in the database server as it provides security system by monitoring and controlling the incoming and outgoing network traffic based on predetermined security rules. The domain provides specific guidelines controlled by authority to secure the information database server.
A service provider is the manufacturer or card owner of the business card. The service provider uploads bulk business card in system and print out cards as requested by clients. The business cards are printed with an individual QR code along with information provided by clients. The activation code is generated by system for individual business card.
The service providers access a secure online web portal through digital device and store the information in the form of text message, advertisements or product offers related post, and video link of promotional content with consideration of age, gender, business, location, interest etc of the client. This content includes visuals, text messages, and links to detailed promotional pages.
A distributors/franchise partners access the online web portal through digital device and entering the user ID and password provided by service provider to store their business information like text message, advertisement post, and video link of promotional content in business card. The user ID and password is used one time only. They request for changes in digital advertisement from service provider. The advertisement is changed after getting approval from service provider.
A card sponsorer can be a retailer, etc. The card sponsorer access the online web portal through digital device and entering the user ID and password provided by service provider to store their business information like text message, advertisement post, and video link of promotional content in business card. The user ID and password is used only one time. The advertisement will only change after getting approval of service provider.
It is to be understood that the service provider is an authorized entity responsible for managing promotions and advertisements. The service provider rejects or accepts changes in promotional advertisement etc.
An end user is an individual or a card holder who received the digital business card directly from the service provider or through distributer/franchise partner and card sponsorer. The activation code is provided along with card by service provider or distributers/franchise partner or card sponsorer.
The end user activates the card through digital device by tapping QR code to access web portal and entering activation code along with their information. The information are as a personal photo or logo, contact details, email id, web details, social media links ,personal information or business information, and video link. They can opt-in or choose to receive promotional content.
After activating the card, the screen of the device display the text message, advertisement post and promotional video link added by service provider, distributer/franchise partner and card sponsorer or retailers as matched with the preferences along with information of end user.
The digital business card system for promotion and personal data sharing process comprises following step:
a. entering the information of service provider by accessing web portal through service provider’s digital device using user ID and password.
b. entering the information of distributer/franchise partner by accessing web portal through distributer/franchise partner’s digital device using user ID and password provided by service provider.
c. entering the information of card sponsorer or retailer by accessing web portal through card sponsorer or retailer’s digital device using user ID and password provided by service provider.
d. entering the activation code and information of end user to activate the card by tapping the QR code through end user’s digital device to access the web portal.
The present invention relates to a digital advertisement with business card which provides a digital platform for promotional video advertisement and business information. When the QR code of the card is scanned by NFC-enabled device, the screen display the digital advertisement like text message, post and a video link of several business companies as per the preference and information of user.
According to one embodiment of the present invention the business card is depicted in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1 (a), the business cards used for promotions and personal data sharing involves the distribution of business cards by M/s Patel retails store to its valued customers. These cards are procured from distributors of a service provider company and serve as a mechanism for discounts, promotions, and information exchange.
Patel retails purchases business cards in bulk from distributors authorized by the service provider. Patel retail distributes these business cards to its customers either as discounts, promotional items, or free of charge. End user access a designated website provided by the service provider to activate their cards by updating their personal and/or business details. Simultaneously, Patel retails, its distributors and the service provider update advertisements and product offers on the designated website.
Additionally, the mobile screen displays promotional advertisements, including weekend and festival product offers, provided by Patel retails, its distributors, or the service provider.
Patel retail effectively promotes its products and services to end users and potential customers through targeted advertisements.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the web portal of business card is depicted in fig. 2. In particular the end users information and advertisement post is display on the screen of the digital device. As shown in fig. 2, the screen display the photo or logo or any picture uploaded by end user, name, phone no., e-mail id, social media links, personal and professional information, text message, post and a related video link. Similarly the text message, post and video link from card sponsorer or retailer, distributers/franchise partner and service provider is also pop up on the screen of the device.
The screen of device shows the personalized information and text messages added by end users during card activation which are securely stored and matched with specific text-related content. Additionally, the business card displays targeted advertisements from card sponsorer, distributors/franchise partner and the service provider. This dynamic interaction and combining user-specific information and advertisements seamlessly provided on the digital device screen.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the IOS/Android phone access the information stored in the database server which is protected through firewall and domain by wireless communication.
The database server, firewall and domain are internally connected. Whereas externally situated an IOS or the android phone scans the QR code, the screen of display access the stored information from the central database server through the firewall’s secure gateway, subsequently transmitting over the wireless network to reach digital device.
The collected personal information is securely stored in the database server. An appropriate data protection measures are implemented to ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations using fire wall and domain. Further, the system uses the stored information to match with end user’s relevant advertisements and offers. These matches are based on personal information, preferences, demographic data, and historical interactions.
Now, as shown in fig. 4, the authorized entities and others upload advertisement and promotional content through a secure online portal. Further the business is shared from one entity to other.
The service provider shares the business card to the distributers after adding the information as text message, advertisement post and video link. The distributer/ franchise partner share the business card to the card sponsorer after adding their business information in the form of text message, advertisement post and a video link. Further, the card sponsorer shares the business card to the end user after uploading his business related text message, advertisement post and a video link. The end user adds his personal information, business information, along with social media link and preference after activating the card so, that the relevant advertisement and post is display on the screen of device.
When tapped against digital device, the screen display the end user's information and relevant advertisements, creating an interactive and targeted promotion experience while safeguarding personal data.
In another embodiment of present invention, the service provider can directly share the business to the end user. The end user’s digital device display the advertisement uploaded by service provider. There is no any advertisement uploaded by the distributers/franchise partners or card sponsors.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the service provider directly shares the business card to the card sponsorer and the card sponsorer shares it to the end user. In this case, there is no distributer/franchise partner act as a medium and the end users view advertisement uploaded by service provider and card sponsorer.
In another embodiment, the distributer/ franchise partner share their business card directly to end users. In this case, the end users view the advertisement uploaded by the service provider and the distributer/ franchise partners.

a NFC-enabled business card with QR code, a service provider’s digital device, a distributer’s/franchise partner digital device, a card sponsorer or retailer’s digital device, and an end user’s digital device;

said card is configured to store the information of service provider by accessing the web portal;
said card is configured to store the information of distributer/franchise partner by accessing the web portal and entering user ID and password provided by service provider;
said card is configured to store the information of card sponsorer or retailer by accessing the web portal and entering user ID and password provided by service provider;
said end user’s digital device is configured to access web portal by tapping QR code and entering activation code along with their information.
2. The digital business card system as claimed in claim 1, wherein information of service provider includes text message, advertisement post and video link related to business on the web portal.
3. The digital business card system as claimed in claim 1, wherein information of distributer/franchise partner includes text message, advertisement post and video link related to business on the web portal.
4. The digital business card system as claimed in claim 1, wherein information of card sponsorer or retailer includes text message, advertisement post and video link related to business on the web portal.

The digital business card system as claimed in claim 1, wherein information of end user includes their name, photo, contact details, email, web details, social media links, preferences, personal information and business information, text message, advertisement post and video link related to business on the web portal.
6. A process for promotion and personal data sharing comprises following step:
a) entering the information of service provider by accessing web portal through service provider’s digital device;
b) entering the information of distributer/franchise partner by accessing web portal through distributer/franchise partner’s digital device using user ID and password provided by service provider;
c) entering the information of card sponsorer or retailer by accessing web portal through card sponsorer or retailer’s digital device using user ID and password provided by service provider;
d) entering the activation code and information of end user to activate the card by tapping the QR code through end user’s digital device to access the web portal;
7. The process for promotion and personal data sharing as claimed in claim 6, wherein information of service provider, distributer/franchise partner and card sponsorer or retailer includes text message, advertisement post and video link related to business on the web portal.

The process for promotion and personal data sharing as claimed in claim 6, wherein information of end user includes their name, photo, contact details, email, web details, social media links, preferences, personal information and business information, text message, advertisement post and video link related to business on the web portal.
9. The process for promotion and personal data sharing as claimed in claim 6, wherein the service provider’s digital device is configured to reject or accept changes in promotional advertisement requested by distributer/franchise partner, card sponsorer or retailer and end user.
