1. A real estate market place system to comprising, a web portal for both the parties, the associated system to maintain a digital inventory of construction related material/ products and suppliers at a location, for speedy and hassle free real estate property building and construction management.
2. A system of claim 1, wherein potential buyer registers to the online portal and a list of potential suppliers and product profiles registered to the website will be presented to the buyer.
3. A system of claim 1 wherein, the system may contain material and supplier profile evaluation and rating based on assessment data.
4. A system of claim 1 wherein, the system may contain blockchain technology to provide a hassle free, speedy, and secure payment process.
, Description:Technical Field of the Invention
The subject matter of the invention relates to the field of real estate. More particularly, the invention discloses artificial intelligence-based real estate digital market place, listing and rating system for real estate building and construction management.
Background of the Invention
Real estate property developers, in order to carry out their ongoing and upcoming projects, are always in a need of an efficient real estate inventory management system. Even the property buyers, interior designers require a real estate inventory wherein they get to purchase raw material/ services and negotiate with dealers, manufacturers and suppliers for building and construction projects. Usually, the real estate market sites may mainly include the property buyers, property sellers, property broker/ agents and real estate companies and related transactions. Till date majority of the real estate management support service systems are limited to a market place dealing with real estate selling, purchasing, land registries, land agreements, mortgages, transaction services, etc. For example: Patent application number CA3040442A1 discloses an online marketplace, used by buyers, sellers, agents and/or other service providers, that may incorporate a platform and/or application (app) operable to provide a user with one or more functions for a real estate process. However, no real estate market place offers information related to raw material/ products/ supplies, catalogues and supplier lists required for construction and related work. Hence, there exists a need for an online web portal wherein there is a market place and digital inventory of construction material/ supplies and list of suppliers for prospective developers, customers, interior designers etc.
To give a technical solution to the above mentioned problems, the current invention approaches to create a self learning Artificial intelligence based algorithm.

Object of Invention
That object of the present invention is to provide a digital inventory, building and construction material and supplier market place and listing system for automated real estate property construction management for potential customers, real estate developers, interior designers etc.
Summary of the Invention
In one embodiment of the invention, a digital market place management system is provided for real estate developers, customers, interior designers etc. through a web portal which further includes a system for listing the construction raw material (product catalogues) and suppliers along with smooth transaction process.

Detailed Description of the Invention
Real estate market places usually provide a user with a variety of real estate processes. These variety of real estate product and services in such market place include sell/ purchase of a residential or commercial property, renting out a property or paying guest services, information on ongoing projects, dealers, brokers/ agents and other real estate service providers such as lawyers, land registry, mortgage, rent agreements, money transaction etc. But no real estate market place provides information related to real estate building/ construction material catalogues and supplier details. However, many of the above mentioned drawbacks can be eliminated by the system disclosed in the present invention.
In the present invention, a system is developed wherein a potential buyer/ customer (such as a real estate developer, interior designer, customer, etc) registers to a web portal and the buyer would be able to interact/ communicate with the supplier/dealer of construction raw material and would be able to get raw material/ product catalogues and supplier details based on multiple factors. Through this web portal the registered buyer would be able to know about registered suppliers profile and myriad of products such as machinery, plumbing material, hardware material, interior design material, sanitary ware, etc that are used in building, construction, finishing work, marketing of a property and would make a purchase as per his/ her requirements
One embodiment of present invention describes a system wherein the system create profiles of several raw material suppliers manufacturers, price and capacity of products they can supply and products details, registered to the website, with required information as specified by the registered buyer. Further, this information is processed by the algorithm based on the location of the buyer and presented to him/ her in the form of list of products and suppliers. This would not only enable the buyer to locate the suppliers in their vicinity but also allow the buyer to place an order efficiently and receive the same in stipulated/ mentioned time.
One embodiment of the present invention describes a system wherein the system presents the list of supplies and the supplies in the form of ratings which would make the purchase a lot easier, faster and hassle free for the buyers.
Another embodiment of the present invention describes a system wherein the system would be integrated with block chain technology for secured/ safer and easier transaction between the registered suppliers and the registered users.
The real estate website 102 may include an online digital inventory portal 103 for registration of the buyers 101 and registered suppliers and products, wherein the application 104 would retrieve data related to registered supplier and material information from the real estate repository as per the buyer’s location and preferences. Another application 105 would process the retrieved data and present the data in the form of lists of registered suppliers with ratings 106 and list of building and construction material with ratings 107, to the buyer 101. By looking into the ratings and listed information, the buyer 101 may proceed with purchasing the various products of his choice and as per requirement, from various registered suppliers and make a safe transaction or payment though application 108.
