Disc Brake And Pad Spring

Abstract: This disc brake comprises: a mounting member which is fixed to a non-rotating portion of a vehicle and which is provided so as to straddle the outer peripheral side of a disc; a caliper provided to the mounting member so as to be movable in the axial direction of the disc; a pair of friction pads which are provided to the mounting member so as to be movable and which are pressed against both sides of the disc by the caliper; and a pair of pad springs provided to the mounting member. At least any one of the pair of pad springs has: a pad support portion that supports the friction pad; and a restriction portion that restricts at least any one of the movement of the caliper in the rotation direction of the disc and the movement of the caliper in the radial direction of the disc.
