Abstract: The invention relates to improve recording/playback reliability. A wobbling wavefrom is created on a track with the period count thereof set at a constant linear density. In addition, information on rotational-angle marks indicating predetermined rotational angular positions on the disc is formed on the track. Moreover, there are also set rotational angular positions at which phase relations between wobbling waveforms of tracks adjacent to each other are fixed. Furthermore, the number of wobbling periods included in a track circle is set at an integer or an integer plus 0.5. On the top of that, the number of wobbling periods in a specific track circle is set at N + (m/4) where N is the number of wobbling periods in another track circle adjacent to the specific track circle on the inner side of the specific track circle and m is an integer.
