Another object of the invention is to provide a distribution board assembly for locking bus-bar, which provides reversible insulation for bus bars.

Yet another object of the invention is to provide a distribution board assembly for locking bus-bar, which is cost effective.
One more of the invention is to provide a distribution board assembly for locking bus-bar, which is easy to install.
Summary of the invention
Accordingly the present invention provides a distribution board assembly for locking bus-bar. The distribution board assembly having a base plate, a base plate support and an insulating shroud. The base plate has a plurality of opening. The base plate support is disposed over the base plate. The base plate support includes at least one pipe, a first opening, a second opening, a plurality of snap fit projections and two slots. The at least one pipe is extending from a lower portion disposed in one of the opening of the base plate for mounting and securing over the base plate. The first opening is configured for passing a rivet to coupling with the base plate. The second opening is configured for mounting a bus-bar assembly therein. The plurality of snap fit projections is provided for securing therewith. The two slots are configured for fixing and guiding therein. Moreover, the insulation shroud having opening for securing against the snap fit projections and adapted to pass though the slots for providing enclosure.

Detail description of the invention
For a thorough understanding of the present invention, reference is to be made to the following detailed description, including the appended claims, in connection with the above-described drawings. Although the present invention is described in connection with exemplar)' embodiments, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the specific forms set forth herein. It is understood that various omissions and substitutions of equivalents are contemplated as circumstances may suggest or render expedient, but these are intended to cover the application or implementation without departing from the spirit or scope of the claims of the present invention. Also, it is to be understood that the phraseology and

terminology used herein is for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting.
The present invention provides a distribution board assembly for locking bus-bar. The assembly is compact and uses fit locking arrangement. Further, the assembly provides reversible insulation for bus bars. Furthermore, the assembly is cost effective. Moreover, the assembly is easy to install.
Figures 1 to 7 depict various elements and view of a distribution board assembly (hereinafter referred as assembly) for locking bus-bar (3) in accordance with the present invention. The assembly includes a base plate (4), a base plate support (1), a bus-bar assembly (3), and an insulating shroud (6). The base plate (4) includes plurality of opening (not numbered) as shown in figure 6 and 7. The base plate support (1) includes at least on pipe, the present invention is shown to includes two pipes (le), a first opening (la), a second opening (lc), a plurality of snap fit projections, the present invention is shown to include two snap fit projections (1b) and two of slots (1d).
Further, the first opening (la) is a though opening which enables to secure the base plate (4) with the base plate support (1). In an embodiment a rivet (5) is used to secure the base plate (4) with the base plate support (1). The two pipes (le) are disposed through the openings of the base plate (4), these two pipes (le) prevents rotation of the base plate support (I) over the base plate (4). The second opening (lc) is provided for mounting the bus-bar assembly (3) there-over. Generally, the bus-bar assembly (3) has two openings. Each of the openings is secured on two different the base plate support (1). Through these openings screw (2) (as shown in figure 3) are turned to secured the bus-bar assembly (3) over the base plate support (1).
Also, the base plate support (I) is provided with two snap fit projections (lb) extending vertically as shown in figure 1. The insulating shroud (6) is 'U' shaped

having two openings (6a). The openings (6a) are in line with the two snap fit projections (lb). These openings (6a) and the snap fit projections (lb) configure a press-fit locking arrangement, which is easy to operate and requires less time for assembly. Further, the two vertical members of the "U" shaped insulating shroud pass though the two of slots (1d) thereby providing easy guiding path during assembly. In an embodiment, the of slots (1d) and the two snap fit projections (lb) are symmetrically position, which gives the advantage of securing the insulating shroud (6) in any orientation, this arrangement provides easy maintaining and connecting by a user.
In an embodiment, the -bar assembly (3) having threaded openings for securing with the second opening (lc) of the base plate support (1) by a screw (2). This direction and method of assembly as shown in figure 3 is very important as it removes the use of washer and nut at recess.
This feature is very useful to customer on site since based on the wiring conditions at site the customer can connect the insulation shroud (6) in any direction with Base plate support (1).
The foregoing descriptions of specific embodiments of the present invention have been presented for purposes of illustration and description. They are not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the present invention to the precise forms disclosed, and obviously many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching. The embodiments were chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the present invention and its practical application, and to thereby enable others skilled in the art to best utilize the present invention and various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated. It is understood that various omissions and substitutions of equivalents are contemplated as circumstances may suggest or render expedient, but such omissions and substitutions are intended to cover the application or

implementation without departing from the spirit or scope of the claims of the present invention.
