Abstract: Divisor braking system(DBS) is relates to automobile industry and fully functioned in mechanically. So, every one pumping of brake pedal (17). Drive piston(l),{2)First transfer piston, (3)Second transfer piston are operates by divisor Actuator(15) for divide and distributes let out as three pumping force(oil or air). But, when brake pedal pressing hold, (15)Divisor Actuator is operated by (la)Four pushing cams and air pressure for let out continuously pumping force used for stop the vehicle wheels not slippering. And, this divisor braking system understanding is very simple and cost wise low. And, this divisor braking system used for oil brake and air brake. FIELD OF THE INVENTION:

Divisor braking system relates to automobile industry. So, Divisor braking system(DBS) has alternative designed for ABS braking system. This divisor brake distributes the force in divides for required to stop the vehicle in mechanically. So, vehicles goes on any speed will stopped for not skidding and prevent accidents caused. So, this invention is advanced designed for all two wheeler and four wheeler automobile vehicles braking system.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION :

In the present of used in (prior art) ABS- Anti lock braking system is functioned by electrically pump, Electronic controller, sensors, valves. But, Divisor brake system is functioned by normal brake cylinder with three pistons, in this reason of, cost wise this ABS brake system is very high and understanding is very complicated. So, in this problems are solved while this invention will be using for automobile industry (Two and four wheeler). And, this invention will using in hydraulic brakes(oil) and Air brakes(Air). This divisor brake is cost wise very low and understanding is very simple. So, bright future and very most important for use this invention.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION :

The main object of this invention, (l)Drive piston, (2)First transfer piston, (3)Second transfer piston are operated through Divisor Actuator(lS) and (17)brake pedal for let out three pumping force.

Thereafter, Another object of this invention, (15) Divisor Actuator is operated by brake pedal(17) and (la)Four pushing cams and air pressure for let out continuously pumping force .
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

The present (prior art) of used in (ABS)Anti lock braking system significantly reduces the risk of vehicles wheels locking and skidding through electrical pump, electronic controller, sensors, valves. But, ABS system parts cost is very high and fitting, understanding, maintenance is very complicated.

But, Divisor braking system is fully functioned in mechanically. This divisor braking system is operate by Divisor actuator(lS). Divisor brake cylinder(6,7) inside are there three pistons, firstly, (l)Drive piston is pressing the oil to delivered by distribute hose(9) from (10)oil container. After, will stopped oil and transferred pressured to (2)first transfer piston, secondly, (2)first transfer piston is pressing the oil to delivered by distribute hose(9) from (10)oil container, thereafter will stopped oil and transferred pressure to (3)second transfer piston. Thirdly, (3)second transfer piston is pressing the oil to delivered by (9)distribute hose from (10)oil container. After, will stopped oil , but not transferred pressure in (3)second transfer piston. So, in the manner of, (17)brake pedal of one pumping will let out three pumping force(oil or air) by (lS)Divisor actuator. In thus, if dividing and distributing the pumping force for stop the wheels not slippering. But, if brake pedal(17) pressing continuously, Automatic continuously created pumping in (l)drive piston by (la)four pushing cams.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DIVISOR BRAKING SYSTEM EMBODIMENT:

Front side of this Divisor braking system is fitted with {15)Divisor Actuator assembly by actuator fitting plate(16). Inside actuator assembly(15), a actuator piston (14) and (lb)pushing cam piston and (la)four pushing cams connected to (l)drive piston. This (14)actuator piston is connected with (17)brake pedal. And, (la)four push cams are fitted on top of drive piston(l). In this four cams(la) used to create for automatic continuously pumping force. And, As air pressure isrequired for operates the divisor actuator(lS) , actuator cylinder top side are there two hose, will connected with engine vacuum pump. Thereafter, Inside this Divisor brake cylinder(6,7) are fitted with (l,2,3)three pistons in separate three champers. That is firstly, (l)drive piston and secondly (2)first transfer piston are fitted in the front cylinder(6). Thirdly, (3)second transfer piston is fitted in the second cylinder(7). This brake cylinder is fitted in separate as (6)front and (7)rear cylinder by stopper plate(4) and (12)fitting bolt. Further, this (6)front cylinder will be separate as two champer. but, (7)rear cylinder only will be designed as one champer. And, two seal washer(5) are fitted in between three champers. Because, for not going oil or Air in between others champers. Thereafter, a oil container(lO) is fitted on top of brake cylinder three chambers by three oil connectors. And, brake cylinder center portion are fitted in three way distribute hose{9). This distribute hose(9) will delivery the oil or Air to all wheel cylinders. But, next to distribute hose(9), For two wheeler vehicles only will should fitted in (ll)two way actuator. Because, two wheeler brake is designed in cable and oil type. Above Details mentioned in Fig-1,2,3,4,5,6,7.

FUNCTIONS OF THE DIVISOR BRAKING SYSTEM EMBODIMENT :

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The input pressure of brake pedal is divided as three pressure power by divisor actuator assembly(15) and (6,7)divisor brake cylinders and gives to the wheel cylinder for vehicle speed reduced in step by step. So, Accident due to vehicle wheel slippage and locking are prevented.

Based on this,

Divisor braking system is fully functioned in mechanically. That means, Firstly input power gives to the (l)Drive piston by brake pedal and (15)Divisor actuator assembly. In this actuator assembly is functioned by air pressure and four pushing cams(la) of drive piston. That means, (17)brake pedal will pressing the Actuator piston with spring(14), After, actuator piston with spring are pressing the (la)four pushing cams and (l)drive piston. So, (l)drive piston is go forwarded and creates pumping force. After first pumping the drive piston(l) is returned immediately by (ld)drive piston spring. Thereafter, when come again
the drive piston(l) clashed on the four pushing cams(la) and (lb)pushing cams piston, the pushing force of the (la)cams causes the drive piston(l) to move forward.. So, again (l)drive piston create pumping force in the front cylinder(6). in this manner of, (l)drive piston will pressing the oil to delivered by (9)distribute hose from (lO)oil container. After, will stopped oil and transferred pressured to (2)first transfer piston, secondly, (2)first transfer piston will pressing oil to delivered by (9)distribute hose from (10)oil container, thereafter will stopped oil and transferred pressure to (3)second transfer piston. Thirdly, (3)second transfer piston will pressing oil to delivered by distribute hose(9) from {10)oil container. After, will stopped oil. But not transferred pressure in (3)second transfer piston. After let out oil from the distributor hose, oil go to the wheel cylinder in four wheeler vehicles. FOUR WHEELER details mentioned in Fig-1.

But, to two wheeler vehicles only, oil go to the two way actuator(ll). when oil go to this actuator, two movements will take place, one, piston move on outside, this movement is cable connection, second, oil go to out side, this movement is wheel cylinder connection. TWO WHEELER details mentioned in Fig-2 and Fig-7.

So, in this manner of, when every one pumping of brake pedal(17) will let out as three pumping force{oil or air) by Divisor braking system. In thus, if dividing and distributing the pumping force for stop the wheels not slippering. But, when (17)brake pedal hold pressing, after first pumping drive piston(l) and (la)four pushing cams clashed on the actuator piston(14) causing the drive piston(l) to move forward and pumping again, in thus when continuously clashed and automatic continuously pumping force creates by (la)four pushing cams. Thus, Divisor braking system will dividing and distribute pressed the oil to wheel cylinder for vehicle speed reduced in step by step for not slippering and locking of vehicle wheels.

And, Required air of actuator cylinder(lS) come from engine vacuum pump by actuator two hoses(15b). Divisor actuator air pressure increasing when the engine speed increasing, so, (l)drive piston pumping force increased. And, three or more pistons will add on this brake cylinder for basis on engine speed and vehicle load. And, this divisor braking system will using for oil brake and air brake.

DBS-DIVISOR BRAKING SYSTEM CALCULATION :

Pumping force mean oil or air delivered.

Every one brake pedal pumping - Delivered in 3 pumping force(3 Times)

Brake pedal press the hold - Delivered in Continuously pumping force.

But, Divisor actuator air pressure increased when Engine RPM increased. At the time, increased pumping force.
