Abstract: A main body (2) has door attachment parts that are formed at both end sides in the longitudinal direction, and a bending deformation generation part (3) that is disposed between the door attachment parts. The bending deformation generation part (3) has a groove bottom part (4), two ridgeline parts (5a, 5b), two vertical wall parts (6a, 6b), two curved parts (7a, 7b), and two flanges (8a, 8b). A bead (13) that is formed toward the longitudinal direction of the main body (2) is provided at a portion of the groove bottom part (4), and the bead (13) protrudes with a shape having a curved surface toward the outside of the cross-section shape of the bending deformation generation part (3) so as to oppose an impact load (F) that acts on a door impact beam (1).
