Claims:WE CLAIM:

1. A double layered jar (10) for noise and vibration reduction comprising of an inner layer (20);
An outer layer (30);
Said inner layer (10) and outer layer (30) are joined at the top and bottom, having a gap (40) in between them;
characterized in that said gap (40) between said inner layer (20) and said outer layer (30) is filled with a dampening material (50) to make said double layered jar (10) for noise and vibration reduction.

2. The double layered jar (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said inner layer (20) and said outer layer (30) are made of Stainless Steel (SS),

3. The double layered jar (10)as claimed in claim 1, wherein said dampening material (50) is dampening foil or puff.

4. The double layered jar (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said dampening material (50) is applied to outer wall of said inner layer (20) before joining said inner layer (20) with said outer layer (30).

5. The double layered jar (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said dampening material (50) is filled in said gap (40) through a hole.

6. The double layered jar (10) as claimed in claim 4, wherein said hole is used to assemble a handle for holding said double layered jar (10).
, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to the field of home appliances. More particularly, the present invention relates to a double layered jar using dampening material for noise and vibration reduction during use of mixer-grinder.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVNTION
[002] Traditionally, the jar used in a mixer grinder while mixing and grinding various ingredients is a single layer jar. While using the single layer jar, there is considerable audible noise. The path of audible noise is from inside to outside along with thickness of the jar. Efforts have been made to reduce noise and smooth operation of the grinder by adopting various structures and technologies. Reference may be made to the following-

[003] Publication No. CN105919466 (A) discloses a grinder for a food processer and the food processor. The grindercomprises a grinding cover and a smashing mechanism arranged in the grinding cover, wherein the grinding cover is provided with a vacuum cavity. The grinding cover is provided with the vacuum cavity, so that noise generated by collision between ground substances and the grinding cover, the smashing mechanism and the like is prevented from being transmitted outwards in a grinding process, thereby achieving the effect of lowering the grinding noise; in particular, when a person uses the grinder and the food processor in the morning, family members are protected from being disturbed while resting.

[004] Publication No. CN203591831 (U) discloses a sound-proof cocoa grinder which comprises a cocoa feed opening, a housing and a cocoa discharge opening, wherein a motor and a grinding device are also arranged in the grinder and connected to each other through a circuit; the grinding device is formed by a plurality of dentiform rollers mutually meshed; the grinding device further comprises an internal pipeline with a filter screen therein; a blower is also arranged in the housing and has an outlet end connected with the grinding device; fixing legs are arranged at the lower end of the grinder; an openable sealing cover is arranged at the top part of the cocoa feed opening; the housing of the grinder adopts a double-layered vacuum structure and are made of materials with good sound-proof effect.

[005] Publication No. CN201557505 (U) discloses a double-layer cup body soymilk grinder, which includes a handpiece and a cup body; the handpiece is provided with a motor and a control circuit board; the cup body includes a stainless steel liner and a stainless steel outer drum; and a cage ring separating the liner and the outer drum is arranged between the liner and the outer drum.The utility model separates the stainless steel liner and the stainless steel outer drum by arranging one plastic cage ring between the stainless steel liner and the stainless steel outer drum and using a bolt to reinforcing and connecting the liner and the outer drum, which can solve the problem of noise generated due to the direct contact and collision of the stainless steel liner and the stainless steel outer drum.

[006] Publication No. CN201320105 (Y) discloses a food-processing machine with a vacuum soundproof housing, which relates to the technical field of food-processing machines, and comprises a base, wherein the base is provided with an air extracting pump connected with a power supply; a food processor is placed on the base, and is connected with an electric connecting socket through an electric connecting plug; the outer housing covers the base and is provided with a fastened sealing structure; the food processor is contained in the space formed by the base and the outer housing; a pumping hole of the air extracting pump is communicated with the internal space of the outer housing; and the base is provided with a control circuit.

[007] Publication No. 20150265102 discloses a blender system configured to mount to an object. The blender system includes a mounting bracket that couples the blender system to an underneath side of a cabinet or a counter. The blender system may include a housing assembly and a blending container. The blending container selectively couples the housing assembly at an interlock, and the housing assembly includes a motor for rotating an axial shaft of the blender system that includes a mixing blade for blending items in the blending container.The blending container can comprise insulation to provide a reduction in thermal transfer between, for example, contents inside the cup and the surrounding environment as well as to dampen noise generated inside the cup when the blender system is in use. In one example, the insulation can comprise an insulation material, such as a solid, liquid, or gaseous medium. In another example, the insulation can comprise a vacuum chamber formed between an inner wall and an outer wall of the blending container.

[008] Publication No. 20160331181 discloses blender and food processing devices are described that dampen impact forces between a blending blade and a blending jar. An example blender includes a blender base and a blending jar that has a seal opening. A method of dampening impact forces between a blending blade assembly and a blending jar is provided. The method comprising: providing a blending jar, the blending jar having a bottom opening; positioning a blade assembly in the bottom opening, the blade assembly comprising a blade positioned within the blending jar, a jar shaft extending through the bottom opening and attached to the blade, and a circular motion guide positioned around the jar shaft; dampening relative movement between the blade assembly as a whole and the blending jar. The dampening member is positioned between the blending jar and the blade assembly dampens the relative movement between the blade assembly as a whole and the blending jar.

[009] Thus in view of the above prior arts, it is clear that to reduce the noise during use of mixer/ grinder housing of the grinders double-layered vacuum structure, reduction of the relative movement between blade assembly and jar and use of sound-proof materials are available. However, there is still a need for improvement since the manufacturing of said double-layered vacuum jars is difficult to manufacture. They require use of special machinery and are expansive to manufacture. Further, a lightest leak in said vacuum jars leads to the loss of noise reducing property.

[0010] Publication No. US8602725 (B2) discloses a configuration including outer-rotation motor portion including stator with a center through which fixed axis passes, and rotor pivotally supported capable of rotating around stator; a plurality of blade plates radially arranged on rotor; support base having fixed axis in a center thereof and located in a lower part of stator; angle changing unit provided on support base; and a plurality of stationary blade plates being detachably placed on stationary blade holders provided on angle changing unit. With the configuration in which an elevation/depression angle of stationary blade plates is adjustable by at least one stationary blade driving motor that drives angle changing unit.

[0011] Present invention aims to reduce the audible noise and vibration during use of mixer-grinder by providing a double layered jar with a dampening material between the two layers of the jar.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
[0012] It is therefore an objective of the present invention to provide a double layered jar for noise and vibration reduction during use of mixer-grinder.

[0013] Another object of the present invention is to break the path of the noise during the usage of the domestic mixer and grinder.

[0014] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a double layered jar which has cooling effect as felt by the end user.

[0015] Still another object of the present invention is to provide aesthetically beautiful mixer-grinder jar.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0016] In accordance with the said objectives, the present invention provides a double layered jar (10) for noise and vibration reduction during use of mixer-grinder. Said double layered jar (10) has two layers along with dampening material in between to reduce the audible noise during the usage of the mixer and grinder. In this way the invention breaks the path of the noise and forces it to pass through a dampening medium which ensures its reduction.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0019] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to an embodiment as shown in the drawing.

[0020] Accordingly the present invention provides a double layered jar for noise and vibration reduction during use of mixer-grinder.

[0021] Said double layered jar (10) has two layers along with dampening material in between to reduce the audible noise during the usage of the domestic mixer and grinder.

[0022] Referring to the figure 1, Said double layered jar (10) is shown to provide with an opportunity to reducethe audible noise as it travels along thickness of the jar while in use.

[0023] Said double layered jar (10) comprises of two separate layers, inner layer (20) and outer layer (30) having a gap (40). Said inner layer (20) and outer layer (30) are of the thickness of atleast 0.8 mm _____ and are joined with each other at the top and bottom. Said inner layer (20) and outer layer (30) are manufactured using preferably Stainless Steel (SS) material sheet.

[0024] Said gap (40) is filled with a dampening material (50) such dampening foil, puffs etc. which have high level of noise reduction abilities as well as cooling effects. Said dampening material (50) is filled in said gap (40) between said inner layer (20) and said outer layer (30) with the help of a hole (not shown in the figure since the position of the hole depends on the design on the handle and where it is assembled on the jar. Thus the position is not fixed) on the surface after joining said inner layer (20) and said outer layer (30). Alternatively, said dampening material (50) may be applied on outer wall of said inner layer (20) before joining said inner layer (20) and said outer layer (30). Said hole is used to assemble a handle (not shown) for holding the jar and provide sealing for said dampening material (50).

[0025] An average reduction of 3.5% in the actual dB values is achieved when said double layered jar (10) is used. This average reduction is higher when grinding dry ingredient (about 7%). In fact, this reduction is observed to be as high as 12% when grinding harder ingredient such as turmeric. In fact, it is observed that the benefit of using said double layered jar (10) is higher if the audible noise level for single layer jar itself is high. Another benefit of using said double layered jar (10)is the cooling effect as felt by the end user. When grinding the ingredient in the single layer jar the body gets heated. However, with the double layered jar this heat is not transferred to the outer surface.
