Abstract: A Double Unit Biogas Plant configured to be installed in domestic and commercial sites incorporating a doube unit technology - one accommodating the bio digester and the other with gas holder that consists of two containers, an inner chamber and an outer chamber. It contains a gas purification mechanism applying absorption method to minimize contamination of gas by impurities, HYDROGEN SULPHIDE (H2S) AND CARBON- DIOXIDE (C02). The unit is manufactured with LLDP (Liner Low Density Polyethelene) and the production can be mechanized reducing the cost and efficiency without compromising on quality and strength. The narrowing of gap between chambers prevents moisture being gathered thus eliminating mosquito breeding and spread of odor. The outer chamber is filled with water and the inner chamber is kept immersed in the outer one. A valve with double side hose holder is used to pass the gas from digester to the unit with the pipe extending to the outer chamber in a way to keep end of the pipe constantly dipped in the water. Another valve connects the inner chamber to the stove enabling the purified gas to reach the stove. Letting the produced gas pass through and the contaminants absorbed by the water ensures purity of gas reaching the stove avoiding blocking of the nozzles. This quality acts against blocks in transportation of gas among components and corrosion of parts. FIG.6

1. A new biogas plant designed to resolve all problems cited so far related to biogas that hinders the spread of the otherwise best solution for home bio-waste management, with features listed against specific claims.
2. A biogas plant with the double unit design that provide for space and mechanism to purify the gas emanated from the digester using absorption technique thus minimizing impurities, C20 and H2S, avoiding clogging and corrosion.
3. A biogas plant with design that eliminates the erstwhile troubling problem of mosquito breeding and spread of bad odor in biogas plants for ever.
