Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to a drafting tool for designing purpose. The drafting tool (100) includes a first section including a T scale (102) configured to draw horizontal lines on a drawing representation medium. The drafting tool (100) includes a second section including a protractor (104), and a scale (106). The protractor (104) is configured to measure and mark one or more angles on the drawing representation medium. The scale (106) is movably coupled to the protractor (104), where the scale (104) facilitates in drawing straight lines for marked one or more marked angles. The second section is configured to slide horizontally on the first section through a string (108). The scale (106), and the protractor (104) are movably coupled, and the scale (106), and the protractor (104) are configured to slide horizontally on the T-Scale (102) with assistance of the string (108).

BACKGROUND

[0003] Measuring and drawing tools are an essential elements in construction, architectural and design field drawings. Some of the tools can include T-scale, protractor, scale, set squares, compass, and the like. T-Scale can be used for drawing a perfect line on various sizes of sheets on a table base. A protractor on the other hand can be a separate tool having angular markings graded on it which can thereby be used for marking angles on a drawn line, where the protractor can be moved in any direction to generate a point on any given line. A simple straight scale along with grading marked on the scale can help in drawing. As users draft any object given in a two dimensional or in a three dimensional form requirement for combination of tools one after the other separately, keeping in mind state of picking up right tools one after the other again and again is required. Therefore, combination of tools to make one simple tool is required for drawing and measurement purposes. Also, carrying each tool separately is problematic and therefore, improvement is required to carry the separate tools as single tool.
[0004] Existing solutions can include a mini drafter, where the mini drafter includes a scale, protractor, along with clips and reference marks. However, measurement and markings through the mini drafter are more detailed and specific and not for architectural drawings and designs. Therefore, a separate tool that is field specific and can be a specific combination for drafting and measurement in designing and architectural field is required. Another solution include a T-square protractor for use in construction related drawings which includes A framing T-square protractor, a framing T-square protractor apparatus includes a first rule element , a second rule element and a semi- circular element or protractor . The first rule element having first and second the second rule element being pivotally connected to the first rule element midway between the first and second edges of the first rule element. The second rule element intersects the first rule element and can be pivotally connected to the first rule element at the center of the distance between the first and second edges. However, the reference does not discloses about a T-Scale with a protractor sliding horizontally and a scale attached to the protractor which can be rotated in any direction. Another reference discloses a ruler and drawing board is combined along with a T-square which is arranged on a drawing board and can move up and down along both the sides of the drawing board. However, the reference does not discloses about free movement of T-square on the drawing board. Another reference discloses a combination of a square set including a square head a protractor head and a center gradation head. Another reference discloses a a multi-task protractor apparatus having the capabilities of a rotating protractor, adjustable triangle, ruler, miniature leveler, framing square and roof angle finder is used. However, the reference does not discloses a non rotating protractor. Another reference discloses a combination of the basic geometrical instruments like, ruler, compass, Set Square, and protractor is integrated.
[0005] There is a need to overcome above mentioned problems of prior art by bringing a solution that eliminates need of set squares, compass, rotating protractor along with the gradation head in tool and helps in drawing, measuring and marking angles and lines on sheet with precision and accuracy.
OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE

The second section may include a scale movably coupled to the protractor, wherein the scale facilitates in drawing straight lines for marked one or more marked angles. The second section may be configured to slide horizontally on the first section through a string.

We Claim:
1. A drafting tool comprising :
a first section comprising
a T scale configured to draw horizontal lines on a drawing representation medium
a second section comprising
a protractor configured to measure and mark one or more angles on the drawing representation medium ,
a scale movably coupled to the protractor, wherein the scale facilitates in drawing straight lines for marked one or more marked angles
wherein the second section is configured to slide horizontally on the first section through a string.
2. The drafting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the string is mounted onto the T- scale for sliding of the protractor and the scale.
3. The drafting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the T scale, the protractor, and the scale are detachable and enables a user to use each separately.
4. The drafting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the the scale and the protractor are movably coupled, and the scale and the protractor are configured to slide horizontally on the T-Scale with assistance of the string.
5. The drafting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the T-Scale with the protractor is configured to slide horizontally and the scale attached to the protractor is configured to rotate in any direction.
6. The drafting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drawing representation medium include any or a combination of drawing sheet, drawing paper, and drawing board.
