As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the drawer-type circuit breaker 100 includes a drawer-type circuit breaker main body 10 and is housed in, for example, a casing (not shown) of a closed switchboard so that it can be pulled out. A terminal device 7 is mounted on the back surface of the drawer type circuit breaker 100. As is well known, the drawer-type circuit breaker body 10 includes a fixed contact and a movable contact, and the movable contact is operated by operating an operation handle (not shown) provided on the surface side of the drawer-type circuit breaker body 10. Is disconnected from the fixed contact, and the circuit is closed, and the movable contact is brought into contact with the fixed contact to close the circuit. Further, when an overcurrent flows in the circuit, the movable contact is automatically separated from the fixed contact by a tripping mechanism to shut off the circuit.
[0010]
The terminal device 7 is composed of terminal units 71, 72, 73 configured for each phase, and when placed in the drawer frame 9 as shown in FIG. 3, it can be inserted and removed in the directions of arrows A and B. It is fixed between the side plates 9a, 9b constituting the drawer frame 9. Each terminal unit 71, 72, 73 has a terminal conductor 5 (input-side terminal conductor 5a, output-side terminal conductor 5b). For example, when the input side terminal conductor 5a is housed in a casing of a closed switchboard, it is connected to a connection conductor (not shown) on the power supply side, and the output side terminal conductor 5b is connected to a load side connection conductor (not shown). ).
The draw-out type breaker body 10 is fitted with a breaker-side conductor 11 and is pulled out by an extendable guide guide 12 mounted on the drawer frame 9 by a pull-out handle and a pull-out mechanism (not shown) for inserting and removing the breaker body. Move in the direction. Thereby, the circuit breaker-side conductor 11 is inserted into and removed from the connector 4 (see FIG. 4) connected to the terminal conductor 5, and functions as a drawer-type circuit breaker 100.
[0011]
FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the terminal unit 71. A relay terminal conductor 2 extending in the X-axis direction from the bottom portions 21a and 21b and having a Y-shaped tip 2a is screwed into a screw hole provided on the surface of the insulating base 1 with a small screw 3. The connector 4 arranged so that the breaker-side conductor 11 is fitted in the Z-axis direction is connected to the relay terminal conductor 2. Thus, the engagement is strengthened, and when the breaker-side conductor 11 is pulled out, it serves as a stopper so that the relay terminal conductor 2 and the connector 4 are not detached. Further, when the breaker-side conductor 11 is inserted, the connector 4 swings, and the engagement surface between the tip 2a and the groove 4a serves as a fulcrum for the swing operation.
[0012]
The input-side terminal conductor 5a and the output-side terminal conductor 5b extend in the X-axis direction from the bottom portions 51a and 51b extending in the XY plane in the direction opposite to the tip portion 2a, and the terminal portions are parallel to the XY plane. Placed in. In the first embodiment, the bottom portions 51a and 51b have a square shape with the same length of the four sides, and the terminal portion includes a line connecting the midpoints of the opposite sides of the square shape, It is formed perpendicular to 51b. The bottom portions 51 a and 51 b are inserted into the insulating base 1 and fixed to the bottom portions 21 a and 21 b of the relay terminal conductor 2 with bolts 6. In this embodiment, the number of bolts 6 is four, and the relay terminal conductor 2 and the input side or output side terminal conductors 5a and 5b are fixed. However, the number of bolts is not limited to this. Further, any fixing device other than bolts may be used as long as it can be removed.
[0013]
The insulating base 1 has a groove perpendicular to the input-side terminal conductor 5a and the output-side terminal conductor 5b that can be seen through between the conductors at the center between the fixed input-side terminal conductor 5a and the output-side terminal conductor 5b. 8 is formed. Thereby, an air path is formed between the upper and lower circuit breaker-side conductors 11 by fitting the circuit breaker-side conductor 11 with the connector 4 in the Z-axis direction. With such a configuration, the terminal unit 71 can be cooled by natural convection.
Similarly to the terminal unit 71, the terminal units 72 and 73 are also configured. Further, in the first embodiment, the relay terminal conductor 2 and the terminal conductor 5 are configured as separate members, and the lead frame side conductor is formed by being screwed. If the specification is not changed, it may be integrally molded and inserted into the insulating base 1 and fixed.
[0014]
5 is a top sectional view of the terminal device 7 in the state of FIG. 2 with the drawer-type circuit breaker body 10 inserted into the drawer frame 9, and FIG. 6 is the state of FIG. 1 in which the drawer-type circuit breaker body 10 is pulled out. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the terminal unit 71 of FIG.

As shown in FIG. 6, the circuit breaker-side conductor 11 is also pulled out from the connector 4 when the drawer-type circuit breaker body 10 operates in the direction (arrow C direction) pulled out from the drawer frame 9 from this state. At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the connector 4 is hooked on the Y-shape of the distal end portion 2 a of the relay terminal conductor 2, and the connector 4 is engaged with the breaker-side conductor 11 while being inserted into the relay terminal conductor 2. The pull-out type breaker body 10 and the guide guide 12 (members 12a and 12b) mounted on the drawer frame 9 are pulled out (see FIG. 1).
[0015]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, the drawer | drawing-out frame 9 can be expanded for one phase in the arrow D direction, and the terminal unit 74 can be inserted, and it can expand easily.
[0016]
As described above, in the first embodiment, the terminal device 7 is constituted by the terminal units 71, 72, 73, and the terminal conductor 5 is formed by the screw holes formed on the surface of the insulating base 1 of the terminal units 71, 72, 73. Since the lead frame side conductor constituted by the relay terminal conductor 2 is screwed, it is no longer necessary to hold the left and right insulating bases together until the side plates and angles are combined. Furthermore, the lead frame side conductor can be easily removed with screws, and can be easily replaced. In addition, the terminal units 71, 72, 73 can be easily inserted into and removed from the drawer frame 9, and when the connector 4, the relay terminal conductor 2, the terminal, and the insulation base are to be maintained and replaced, No need to disassemble. Also, it is possible to easily add terminal units according to the number of phases. Further, since the terminal portion is composed of the phase-unit terminal units 71, 72, 73, assembly / specification change can be simplified, and maintenance for each phase can be performed during maintenance.
[0017]
