Driving License Controlled Smart Automobile Using Cloud Server And Io T

Abstract: ABSTRACT DRIVING LICENSE CONTROLLED SMART AUTOMOBILE USING CLOUD SERVER AND IoT As per the RTO rule, driving a vehicle without a license is an offense and manually it is very difficult to check everyone who is not holding a license and driving the vehicle. Every year many accidents happen and people die in road accidents. More people have died in road accidents than in all the wars India has fought. Access to the vehicle must be prevented for the person who is not holding a driving license. So, there must be some system developed that can automatically prevent access to the vehicle that is not eligible for driving and not bearing a license and thus cannot be accessible by a vehicle thief. The present invention proposed a driving license-controlled smart automobiles using cloud servers and IoT. It uses the DL and fingerprints of the driver to give access to the automobile, it is comprised of 6LoWPAN to connect to the cloud server of RTO authority. The proposed technology controls the access of automobiles to only eligible drivers verified by RTO, the system uses a pre-trained AI model to process the system. The present invention will reduce deaths due to road accidents by preventing access of automobiles to a person without a learning/driving license along with the manual effort of RTO and officers to check the driving license of the driver. The RTO, officers, and owners of the automobiles will have access to every update about the drivers of automobiles.

The page is uploaded by the first information and receives the identity information and information of vehicles that the car owner user uploads, and is sent to the vehicle corresponding to vehicle administration office's server check owner identity, is surpassed power account if verification and is succeeded in registration The second operational order of car owner user is received, and intelligent terminal vehicle corresponding with car owner user is carried out by communication connection according to the second operational order. The automobile control method provided by the present invention is based on the intelligent terminal, it can use the verification completion account registration that the first intelligent terminal carries out identity and information of vehicles, and the vehicle that the first intelligent terminal possesses with it is controlled by the account after registration and is attached so that the first intelligent terminal can directly transmit order to vehicle and realize vehicle launch.
EP1495927B1: In the inventive system for function control, in particular engine control and/or suspension control, a control program is implemented in a control device with a chip, which is set up to control the engine of the motor vehicle using operating parameters. According to the invention, the system further comprises a chip card, in which at least a part of the operating parameters is stored, and which is releasably electrically coupled to the control unit, such that in the coupled state, the chip card provides the operating parameter stored on the control program, so the control program can access the operating parameters provided by the chip card, with the control program and the operating parameters provided by the chip card setting a predetermined engine characteristic, in particular engine power, corresponding to the chip card. In addition, or as an alternative to the operating parameters, program supplements can be stored on the chip card. These are, e.g., in the manner of patches, built into the control program. In this case, either the control program present in the control unit is completely executed, if complemented by the program additions "only". Alternatively, parts of the control program are replaced by program supplements.
US20200349249A1: Techniques are described for identifying and/or authenticating entities using a combination of independent identification technologies and/or platforms. In one embodiment, a system can be comprising a memory that stores computer-executable components and a processor that executes the computer-executable components stored in the memory. The computer-executable components can comprise a reception component that receives image data captured of a person, and an identification component that employs two or more independent identification technologies and/or platforms to determine the identity of the person based on the image data. In some embodiments, two or more independent identification technologies are selected from a group consisting of facial recognition, object recognition, text recognition, and gait recognition.
None of the prior art indicates above either alone or in combination with one another discloses what the present invention has disclosed. The present invention uses the DL and fingerprints of the driver to give access to the automobile, it is comprised of 6LoWPAN to connect to the cloud server of RTO authority. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts, in a simplified format, which is further described in the detailed description of the invention. This summary is neither intended to identify key or essential inventive concepts of the invention nor is it intended for determining the scope of the invention.
To further clarify the advantages and features of the present invention, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof, which are illustrated in the appended drawings. It is appreciated that these drawings depict only typical embodiments of the invention and are therefore not to be considered limiting of its scope. The invention will be described and explained with additional specificity and detail in the accompanying drawings.
As per the RTO rule, driving a vehicle without a license is an offense and manually it is very difficult to check everyone who is not holding a license and driving the vehicle. Every year many accidents happen and people die in road accidents. More people have died in road accidents than in all the wars India has fought. And it is really scary to drive on the roads when nobody observes traffic rules. Access to the vehicle must be prevented for the person who is not holding a driving license. Many awareness programs on road safety were arranged for different age groups, especially for youths, but still, we didn’t find any remarkable positive results. So, there must be some system developed that can automatically prevent access to the vehicle that is not eligible for driving and not bearing a license and thus cannot be accessible by a vehicle thief. Thus, the present invention proposed a driving license-controlled smart automobiles using cloud servers and IoT.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The illustrated embodiments of the subject matter will be understood by reference to the drawings, wherein like parts are designated by like numerals throughout. The following description is intended only by way of example and simply illustrates certain selected embodiments of devices, systems, and methods that are consistent with the subject matter as claimed herein, wherein:
Figure 1 describes the main controller unit (30) attached with a pre-trained AI model (31), which activates with the power supply (29) and scans the learning or driving license via the scanner (33) embedded in the display screen (32). The fingerprint scanner (34) sends data to the controller unit (30). The results are shown through the display screen (32) and Buzzer (38). The license and fingerprints are verified from RTO Authority’s (37) cloud server (36) via 6LoWPAN (35). The cloud server (36) is also connected to a web application for data access by the owner of the automobile. At the start of the automobile, the AI model (31) through the controller unit (30) reminds the driver to scan his learning or driving license (available as per age) on the display screen (31). In the case of a learning license, a secondary driving license will be required to scan on the screen. The scanner (33) on the steering wheel of the automobile scans the fingerprints of the driver. The LL/DL and the fingerprints (available through LL/DL or linked documents) are then matched with the data on RTO Authority’s (36) cloud server (35) via the 6LoWPAN (34). If the data matches, the controller unit releases the security lock of the brakes giving access to drive the automobile else the automobile’s brakes remain locked up. The owner of the automobile can also get an update about the driver via a web application (40). The AI model also scans the fingerprints at random time duration to ensure that only eligible driver is in driving seat.
The figure depicts embodiments of the present subject matter for the purposes of illustration only. A person skilled in the art will easily recognize from the following description that alternative embodiments of the structures and methods illustrated herein may be employed without departing from the principles of the disclosure described herein.
