Abstract: A liquid medicine preparation kit that allows substantially aseptic operation and ensures easy handling, being free from the danger of scattering of aerosol to environment and liquid leakage in the form of droplet, etc. at the time of liquid medicine preparation. There is provided a liquid medicine preparation kit including a prefilled syringe and a transfer pour tool, characterized in that the prefilled syringe is fitted with a sealing member for sealing of the distal end thereof, the sealing member not detachable from the distal end, and that the transfer pour tool is fitted with a one-way valve capable of irreversible emission of only the gas within the system and a filter disposed so as to be adjacent to the side of second communication...
