Dual Chiller
Abstract: [Problem] To provide a chiller with outstanding responsiveness to changes in temperature of coolant and excellent accuracy of temperature control. [Solution] This dual chiller comprises: a first coolant circuit 3 which supplies a first coolant 7 inside a first tank 40 to a first load 5; a second coolant circuit 4 which supplies a second coolant 8 inside a second tank 60 to a second load 6; and a freezing circuit 2 which adjusts the temperatures of the first and second coolants 7 and 8 to set temperatures by exchanging heat between the first and second coolants 7 and 8 and the refrigerant, by means of heat exchangers 21 and 22. The set temperature of the second coolant 8 is equivalent to the set temperature of the first coolant 7 or higher than the set temperature of the second coolant 8, the set flow rate of the first coolant 7 is greater than the set flow rate of the second coolant 8, and the capacity of the first tank 40 is greater than the capacity of the second tank 60.
