DESCRIPTION
[008] The invention is described below with reference to several embodiments and
examples. Such discussion is for purposes of illustration only. Modifications to
examples within the spirit and scope of the present invention, will be readily
apparent to one of skilled in the art. Terminology used throughout the
specification herein is given its ordinary meaning as supplemented by the
discussion immediately below. As used in the specification, the singular forms “a”,
“an” and “the” include plural references unless the context clearly dictates
otherwise.
[009] A novel user registration and interaction system and method, which is dynamic in
nature by virtue of its management of user groups, is provided. The present
disclosure is being provided using the example of profession or education related
groups however it would be evident to a person skilled in the art that the users
which can be registered, grouped and managed using the present system and
method are not limited to profession and education basis only.
[0010] In an embodiment of the present invention, at the time of registration a user gets
the option of choosing a user or industry type, based on the user or industry type
selected, user can select an industry, profession or education based community.

When the user enters his or her community he has to choose a sub community
according to his/her work profile.
[0011] The disclosed method envisages that the user type could be student, professional,
job seeker, freelancer, businessperson or business entity. At second level i.e.
community level, a user could select the topics and professions which are relevant
to him/her, for example, teaching, engineering etc. At third level i.e subcommunity
level, the user can select specific field such maths, electronics, java,
android etc. The system also envisages that a user could enter multiple countries,
states and cities which are relevant to him/her.
[0012] An example of the user registration details will be as follows:
a. User Type: Freelancer
b. Community: Software Development
c. Sub-community: Java Applications Development
[0013] The system and method disclosed herein dynamically uses the details of user type,
community and sub community of users to provide the users with the facility to
interact with professionals in their field or any specific field of profession.
Additionally, the disclosed system and method enables employers to search for
candidates from any country on the basis of their community and sub-community.
[0014] In an embodiment of the present invention, user may select only the subcommunity
based on which the system will automatically incorporate the
community and user type details to the user profile.
[0015] The present system of registration as disclosed then creates a database or list
which would distribute the user in accordance with their job profile and / or
education. In accordance with the present invention, the user has the option to
201611002374

filter the lists, such as by way of indicated jobs and job profiles in the present
example, based on a particular country or on worldwide basis. Users have the
option to communicate and interact with other users on the basis of their filtering
criteria including on the basis of their community or sub-community.
[0016] In an embodiment of the present invention, employers have the option and ability
to search for users on the basis of their community and sub-community. The
present system provides a novel way of search wherein the search results will be
modified on the basis of the user conducting the search. By way of examples:
[0017] If a professional person searches for a community, the present system will
retrieve and show him the communities and sub-communities through which he
can be searched for by potential employers. In another embodiment, the user
who has registered himself / herself in a particular sub-community will be seen in
the same sub-community only.
[0018] When a student registers himself in a particular community or sub community, his
details will be available to view in all communities or sub-communities in which
he has registered however the present dynamic system will not display his profile
/ resume to employers when they carry out the search in those communities or
sub-communities.
[0019] When a businessman or business entity registers themselves into a community
their details will not displayed in the search results of any employer and their
details cannot be accessed by anyone.
[0020] The present dynamic system of user registration creates intelligent lists and
databases wherein details of all users stored and distributed on the basis of their
professional and educational activities, for example, students on the basis of their

education and professional field they are planning to join as their career;
professional on the basis of their professional work or work they intend to do in
the future; and business person or business entity on the basis of their field/
interest.
[0021] The disclosed system of registration and communication dynamically distributes
users so that the number of users in a particular group and a particular type of
users in a dynamic group are limited. This enables easy communication and
interaction among the users. For example, in a group of users one half could be
professionals and the other half students on the basis of their community or subcommunity.
[0022] In an exemplary embodiment, the present system can dynamically identify users
and also add them in the appropriate group on a pre-defined basis, such as on the
basis of user’s university. The software instructions which enable the system
choose appropriate groups on the basis of logic embedded in the software
instruction. For example, users are distributed on the basis of university since
some degree programs do not have a common standard across the country and
may differ state wise.
[0023] Users are categorized and filtered on the basis of various criteria such as:
Country, user type, community and sub-community
Worldwide and common country
[0024] Users in a particular user type, community or sub-community can also be filtered
on the basis of country.
[0025] The disclosed system then divides these sub communities into dynamic groups of
a pre-defined number of users. Further the system enables interaction and
201611002374

communication among users by dynamically distributing the users so that the
number of users in a particular group and a particular type of users in a dynamic
group are limited. For example, in a group of users one half could be professionals
and the other half students, distributed on the basis of their community or subcommunity.
[0026] The benefits of the disclosed system include:
Enabling professionals to find appropriate job;
Enabling professionals to target a particular field of interest or work;
Enabling users to create any kind of professional platform; and
Enabling user to register and be distributed dynamically on the basis of community
or sub-community related to their field.
[0027] In accordance with the present embodiment, the disclosed system ensures
confidentiality of data and privacy of its users in all respects, including:
Information related to user type, community or sub-community of users on the
basis of their profession
Information related to dynamic user distribution into various categories, on
worldwide or specific country basis
Information related to sorting of resumes or job profiles on the basis of community
or sub community
[0028] In an embodiment of the present invention, when a new user registers into any
sub-community the system creates a dynamic group in the backend on the basis
of the user’s profession. The user can then can interact with the group to which
they are associated. User also has the option to add friends / connections with
whom they can interact on the system.

[0029] In accordance with the present embodiment, the users can also request for
addition of more communities and sub communities on the system. Further the
users have the ability to choose whether they would want to interact among their
user type, community or sub-community at worldwide or specific country basis.
[0030] The dynamic user registration and interaction system as disclosed also enables
the users to post comments which can be seen by other users of the system. The
user who posts also attains the ability to control as to who they want to share
their post with i.e. their user type, community, sub-community, their
friends/connections or specific friends/connections.
[0031] Referring now to the figures. Figure 1 depicts a step-wise user registration and
interaction process and the dynamic user distribution method.
[0032] At step 1, the user manually fill the form for registration. Apart from usual
registration information fields the user also selects the community and subcommunity
under which the user is looking to register.
[0033] At step 2, the information provided by the user is processed by a network
connected server. The server is embedded with software instructions which
enables the server to sort the users on the basis of details such as in accordance
with user type (student, professional, business entity etc.) and their community
and sub-community.
[0034] At step 3, the disclosed system dynamically distributes users into profession or
education based groups based on the details provided by user. The system
dynamically manages the group to include members such that one half of the
group are professionals and the other half are students or trainees. Depending
upon the user type, community or sub-community, the entire group can comprise
201611002374

of students or professionals which is also managed by the system. By default, the
users are added to a dynamic group related to their field when the user is
registered on the disclosed system.
[0035] The user is then able to interact with the professional members of the group and
can choose to interact with members on a worldwide basis or group members of
a specific country.
[0036] Figure 2 depicts a typical user registration form in accordance with an
embodiment of the present invention wherein apart from the usual details
required the user has to also select community and sub-community on the basis
of which user’s groups will be created and managed.
[0037] Figure 3 depicts an exemplary embodiment of the invention, wherein the user
selects only the sub-community and the user type and community is allocated to
the user automatically by the system. The user also has the option to modify the
selections made.
[0038] In an embodiment of the invention, whether members of a particular group are
able to interact on a worldwide basis or on countrywide basis only is also managed
by the disclosed dynamic system on the basis of community and sub-community
of which the group is a part.
