c. Sales and business development unit for developing the content of website as well as for fulfilling the needs of the user;
d. Online payment unit for carrying out transactions by the user; and
e. Control unit for controlling overall process.
Wherein the user is any individual, company or small institute.
2)The authentication unit of the system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said user is verified by the authentication unit by sending them a secure link which can only opened by the user.
3)The sales and business development unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said unit develops the content of the website and works as per the requirement of the user.
4)The control unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said control unit controls reviewing of the tests, quizzes, solved by the user.

Through study, investigation, observation and experience, knowledge is conveyed through teaching, mentoring and acting. The management of vast amount of information for distributing information to others without any structured means is difficult.

The knowledge management deals with the collection, categorization and storage of knowledge and information. Other study material can be achieved online, and user can study, investigate, search or retrieve the collected material , but it is not a structured training program.
Online education has become an efficient, economical, and popular form of learning, particular for individuals who are geographically distant from an educational provider, such as a university or a corporate employer. Online education also benefits those who require a self-paced learning environment or those with physical disabilities who are unable to travel to remote locations for training and education.
One form of online education that has thrived over the past several years is known as “e-learning,” a form of distance learning in which traditional correspondence (mail-based) courses have been replaced by Internet courses. “E-learning” is a form of distance learning in which traditional correspondence (mail-based) courses have been replaced by Internet courses. It also shows formation of educational and training materials and courses available to remote users, such as by using the Internet, or other public or private computer network. E-learning is an important educational tool for colleges and universities, as well as corporations seeking to train remotely located employees. E-learning courses reduces cost of the course, thereby reducing classroom structure cost and
E-learning courses are available to learners at any time, in any location. Thus, the cost to deliver e-learning courses is substantially less than traditional classroom education because no physical classroom structures are required for e-learning. Moreover, e-learning permits instructors to create courses once and E-learning permits instructors to create courses once and to reuse the courses repeatedly as needed and thus reduces course development costs. The e-courses are electronic, paper-based, so there is a significant reduction in the cost of materials. Businesses that utilize e-learning for training employees save time and money by eliminating the travel and disruption of employee travel to training facilities.
The prior art E-learning approach is compact disc-based. Educational and training content is created and burned onto CD's. CD's are distributed to learners with instructions to complete the courses on the CD and report back with their results. All learners are not willing to submit their results. Another disadvantage is that any changes to course material meant significant time in reburning CD's, gathering old content and distributing new CD's. Users could not be tracked and training could not easily be limited to specific users or user groups.

So there is a need for a structured training program leading to proper utilization of content and knowledge to the students.
Objects of the Invention:
An object of the present invention is to provide an e- learning knowledge management system for fulfilling the educational needs of the users in cost effective manner.
Another object of the present invention is to reduce course development costs and to save time and money by eliminating the travel and disruption of employee travel to training facilities.
Other objects and benefits of the present invention will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to bind the scope of the present invention.

The present invention is an e-learning system for managing online useful educational content for students. The e- learning knowledge management system fulfills the educational needs of the users in cost effective manner and reduce course development costs and saves time and money by eliminating the travel and disruption of employee travel to training facilities.
In present embodiment, user simply login to the website in which he/she registers himself/herself and user can see the educational content according to his/her needs in this system. User can download the content, can buy the content, according to his/her needs. The present invention provides educational content not only for school syllabus purpose but also for various competitive examinations.

In another embodiment, the user is connected to the website via internet connection and a computer/laptop/desktop with a operable browser. The user can hear the audio/see the video content depending on user preferences.
In another embodiment, the study material comprises a presentations associated with audios. After clearing doubts of the user for one presentation, user can jump on to next presentation. In such a way, control system works within the system. The user should atleast spend minimum amount of time on one lesson. If a user fails to fulfill the requirement of the number or percentages required for correct answers, then a record or certificate may not be generated.
In another embodiment, practical sessions for various competitive examinations are provided by the system of the present invention. The system can generate portion record of the students within the internal database of the website and provide users a completion certificate after completion of the course. Various tests, quizzes are provided upon completion of one topic.
In another embodiment, the educational content is prepared by renowned persons which are expertise in their field. Thus the tests are reviewed through the system itself with the help of control system.
