The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed
Invention relates to an Elevator Traction Machine .It relates particularly to an Elevator Traction Machine which requires no machine room with three direction mounting machine.
OBJECT OF INVENTION :
The objective of this invention to provide an Elevator Traction Machine suitable for mounting without the requirement of any machine room.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide three direction mounting machine which means this traction machine is suitable for right hand side, left hand side and vertical side without any changing in machine, this is main feature of this machine.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS:
The invention will now be described with respect to the non-limiting figures in the accompanying drawings, in which
Figl: It shows the perspective view of the Elevator Traction Machine
Fig 2: It shows arrangement of gear, worm shaft and the worm wheel in the gear housing
along with the pulley.
DESCRIPTION:
[001], A traction machine for an elevator means a reduction gear mechanism including a Gear housing having worm shaft Worm wheel and Gear shaft as a main components, an electric motor means three phase AC Induction motor and a brake unit connected to input shaft means worm shaft, a traction sheave connected to output shaft means main Shaft which transmit rotating motion to longitudinal motion by means of rope.
[002] In invention said Gear Housing (6) means housing which support worm shaft (8), worm wheel (23), main shaft (24) and bearing 222J0E(28) & 22214E(29) (Spherical Roller Bearing) which used for mounting rotating components Main shaft (24)& also Angular contact Ball bearing 7306 BEGAP(02) & Deep groove ball bearing for supporting Worm shaft(8). Gear housing made by Grey cast Iron grade FG:200, an oil sea! is provided at one end surface of gear housing on which the traction sheave is positioned to ensure that the inside grease is not coming outside of gear housing and a main cover (7) closes the another end surface of gear housing. Gear Housing contains within it synthetic oil for gear so we design gear housing such that there is no possibility of oil coming outside as leakage, for this reason we are using Oil seals with Viton material.
[003| In invention Worm shaft (8) means Input shaft as a driver shaft means and electric motor is directly attached to the worm shaft , worm shaft is fixed on one end by means of angular contact ball bearing (4) with the help of bearing housing cover(5) and pressure cover (1) for preventing axial movement of worm shaft locked by lock nut (3) and star washer(2), on middle portion of worm shaft supported by deep groove ball bearing , next to support bearing rotor (12) is mounted on sleeve(15) which is fixed on worm shaft (8)and at the end portion of worm shaft brake drum (19) with key and locked outer face of brake drum by means of Drum washer (20) with the help of Alen bolt.,
[004] In invention we use worm shaft's material alloy steel with case hardened and perfectly match with worm wheel particularly centre contact. Radial backlash and match lead angle.
[005] In invention worm wheel with phosphorus bronze is used and secured with all required test on material and also made perfectly match with worm shaft. Worm wheel is mounted on gear shaft means output shaft.
[006] In invention Main shaft means output shaft which is supported by spherical roller bearing 22210E (28) & 22214E (29) and on one end traction sheave (30) is mounted which transmit motion. We design we are using gear shaft with alloy steel with tempering and hardening and secure with all required test of quality. W7e design we are using main shaft with alloy steel with tempering and hardening and secure with all required test of quality. We design machine without end support means no pedestal support at the end of main shaft.
[007] In invention traction sheave (30)means pulley having peripheral groove on outer diameter on which rope is mounting and transmit the rotating motion into longitudinal motion for moving lift car up and down traction sheave is locked by pulley washer(31).
[008] In invention electric motor (10) is a three phase induction motor connected to gear housing flange. Electric motor we are using high efficiency motor with 'F' class insulation and protection class-IP 20 and also we design electric motor for 240 start per hour with duty cycle SI.
[009] In invention Brake unit (17) brakes the speed of motor after the power of motor is cut off, means by default brake is applied by means of tension spring (26), when supply is on of brake solenoid it open brake arm and release the brake drum. After the supply of motor is on this will happen within a second. We are using electromagnetic double acting DC brake for system,
[010] In invention we use Flywheel (21) for controlling inertia of machine particularly for AC2 Drive to avoid jerk in lift car during running.
[011] In invention Machine room less means we design this machine suitable for mounting without a machine room.
[012] In invention three direction mounting machine is designed in such way that this traction machine is suitable for right hand side , left hand side and vertical side mounting without any changing in machine , this is the main feature of this machine.
[013] The invention is user friendly for Installation & Maintenance. It means machine is easily dismountable at the time of lifting the machine into final floor of building without requiring any special tool and re mountable easily at machine installation
space. And during maintenance it is very easy to replace any components without using special tool like jack screw (Puller). So it is very user friendly for installation and maintenance.
When I have described and illustrated particular embodiment of my present invention I do not wish to limit myself to the exact form shown which is indeed to illustrate my invention rather than to limit to it.
It is to be expressly understood that the invention is susceptible to such improvements and modifications, which may be made by any person skilled in the art to suit individual job requirement and any such improvements and modifications so made in the seal here in before described and illustrated shall be considered to be falling within the ambit and scope of this invention and the appended claims.
