Eddy Current Type Speed Reducer

Abstract: An eddy current-type speed reducer (10) comprises two speed reducer bodies (11a, 11b) and a control device (12). The two speed reducer bodies (11a, 11b) each include a cylindrical braking member (111) and a magnet (114). The braking members (111) are fixed to a propeller shaft (21). The magnets (114) face the braking members (111) in the radial direction of the braking members (111). The control device (12) controls the braking state of the two speed reducer bodies (11a, 11b). The two speed reducer bodies (11a, 11b) are located at different positions in the axial direction of the propeller shaft (21).
