This invention relates to Electrical and Electronics field. This invention is one of the device used according to the season.
Utility of Invention :-
• This invention will use in daily life of middle class family or rural area's and higher society can use.
• This invention will use in daily life in replace of Air Conditioner (AC) and Refrigerator water.
Prior Art and Problem to be Solved :-
• In prior art we use Air Conditioner (A.C) in daily life according to weather, but this appliance generate high cost electricity bill.
• Middle class and rural class family can't afford it due to high cost.

• If anyone continuosly using Air Conditioner in summer they can't survive in normal temperature, they will face health issue.
• Problem in environment & human health,
When person living in Air Conditioner then person cover in different artificial cold environment, person feel better till living in that. And they will drink refrigerator water, that's means body temperature more decrease to nature environment, when people will want go out from this environment, And person body effected and they will cover in illness like cold, fever chest pain, headache.
Environment Effected:-
In high society most of building cover to Air conditioner and that's generate too much heat in environment and normal people feel too much warm in near of society, and animal like birds can't live here.
Better then to Prior Art

So here we modified cooler hardware and internal structure as mention in points.
• We have made this invention in two parts.
1. First with modified cooler.
2. Second with normal cooler structure.
"First here we will describe about modified cooler."
• This invention we can use in winter and summer both season with cold air or hot air temperature.
• This invention use only natural air without any other gas system.
• In this invention along with the facility of hot and cold air, there is also a facility of cold and heat the drinkable water according to the season, without electricity and with electricity.
• This invention will generate electricity bill as normal cooler with multifunction.
Construction and working description
• This invention modified of Air Cooler.
• The fan is installed in the opposite direction as compared to the earlier cooler, through which the air goes in.

• In this invention air will flow through the double layer Honeycomb cooler window.
• In first surface will be wet with cooler water the air coming from the first surface comes colder than before due to wetting of the surface.
• The surface of the second layer of the honeycomb will let the cold air out by blocking the large droplets of water that come with the wind.
• After the passes through the surface of the wet window, the water moves down the tank with a cooler temperature, and this will continues in process.
Water cooling system in air cooler
''In this system arrangement has been made to cool water or hot water up to a drinkable temperature for drinking, without any electricity energy/'
• A separate water tank is provided at the top of the air cooler for drinking water.
• The drinking water tank is connected by a copper or steel pipe to the rotating steel or cooper element pipe in the bottom tank. Rotating pipe element is immersed in the lower tank of cooler water.

• The higher the circle rotating number of the copper or steel element pipe, the longer water will rotate inside and get colder water.
• As the lower tank water temperature cools, the metal element pipe cools down, due to which the temperature of the water circulating in the element pipe is also cooler than the temperature of the pitcher without any electricity, and less than the refrigerator temperature.
• To further refine the water, it will be drained through a small purifier before it enters the glass.
• Now for over cooling the water, the electronics waterproof technology is provided which consumes only 12Volt.
Use in winter for Hot air and Water
• To use the cooler in winter, normal temperature water has to be poured into the tank below the cooler.
• After this waterproof electronics or electrical element the cooler will have to be turned on for 10 to 15 minutes before use.

• The water temperature of bottom tank will increase by the electronic or electrical element, lower than evaporating temperature.
• Now the cooler is to be turned on, and the first surface of the cooler window will be wet with hot water, now the incoming air will flow out with warm temperature.
• And the second surface will reduce the humidity along with preventing water droplet.
• Sensor's have used to reduce the humidity.
• Electronics or Electrical water proof element will work continue in winter or according to use if need it.
Drinkable hot Water
• As the water in the lower part of the cooler heats up, the submerged copper or steel pipe element will also heat up.
• So the drinking water from the upper tank will circulate through the lower pipe element and come out drinkable to warm from normal temperature.
• And hot water for drinking available without the consumption of any natural or polluting fuel.

With normal cooler structure
• In a normal cooler, the fan will be mounted in its straight direction, on the front as a normal cooler.
• But like modified cooler, it has a system of drinking water and technology to cool or heat it.
• There is a tank in the upper part for drinking water.
• A copper or steel pipe element is provided at the bottom of the cooler, just like a modified cooler.
• Technology of temperature sensor and other humidity sensors have been added, like the modified cooler.
• The modified cooler will be used in place of Air Conditioner, but this cooler can be used anywhere.

• In this invention, I am using the cooler fan in the opposite direction as compared to the previous cooler, please allow me to make it.
• This invention makes water cold and potable hot water without electricity when the cooler is ON but I am using electronics or an electrical waterproof element to cool and heat the water when the cooler is turned OFF, it covered with waterproof layer. Please allow me to invent it.
• In this invention I using two water tank:-

1. First on bottom for air cooler.
2. Second top for drinking water kindly allow me for it.

• I'm using waterproof technology kindly allow me.
• I'm using small type water purifier in this invention kindly allow me.
