Specification

FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to electrically operated hydraulic lift control system of
tractor. Said system is implemented for hydraulically operated three point
linkages. The system of the instant invention facilitates user to lift three point
linkages without operating depth/draft lever on quadrant while tractor is
running.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently, tractor is used in Agricultural and commercial applications. In
Agricultural application Tractor runs in cultivation, leveling, ploughing and
seed drilling. While operator runs the tractor in the field, it is required to lift
the implement during turning by the uses of quadrant levers. Implement depth
and draft setting is controlled by levers on quadrant. Location of levers in the
quadrant is fured by a stopper. During field operation stopper gets loose and
shifts from its original position due to vibration and hitting of quadrant lever.
As a result, the depth of implement can vary. The continuous usage of the
levers causes operator fatigue. To overcome this, automatic lift is required to
lift the implement without moving the levers up and down on the quadrant
shield.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide electrically operated
hydraulic lift control system of tractor which overcomes disadvantages
associated with the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide electrically operated
hydraulic lift control system of tractor which is efficient.
Further object of the present invention is to provide electrically operated
hydraulic lift control system of tractor which is simple in construction.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided electrically operated hydraulic lift
control system of tractor comprising of a link operated by means of a solenoid
valve plunger for controlled lowering and raising of hitch/three point linkage
connected to the link.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING
Further objects and advantages of this invention will be more apparent from
the ensuing description when read in conjunction with the accompanying
drawing and wherein:
-4-
Fig. 1 shows: Electrically operated hydraulic lift control system of tractor.
DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE
ACCOMPANYING DRAWING:
The present invention is directed to electrically operated hydraulic lift control
system of tractor. Reference may be made to fig: 1, wherein hydraulic lift
control system of the present invention comprising of a solenoid valve (I),
which operates mechanical link for controlled lowering and raising of the
hitch/ three point linkage connected thereto.
The solenoid valve plunger is operated by means of a switch (2) through a
battery.
Thus, the battery powered solenoid valve plunger actuates internal linkage
through an external linkage (3). The external linkage is connected to the
internal linkage of the hitch.
Operation
When solenoid valve is energized through a battery, it pushes the hitch spool
inside through the connected internal linkages and lower linklimplement
starts lifting. Thereafter, tractor hitch/implement stops to its extreme position.
To lower, the hitch de-energizes the solenoid by switch. Thereafter, lift control
valve spool comes out to its fixed original position through the internal linkage
torsion spring.
Thus, raising and lowering of a hitch is controlled with the help of solenoid
operated mechanical links instead of movement of lever at quadrant.
Advantageous features of the invention
- Ease of operation, facilitates lifting and lowering of implement during
turning in field.
- Undisturbed implement position in draft or position control, which leads
to uniform seed bed preparation and higher germination of seeds.
It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications,
adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments
employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within
the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the
following claims: -
