Electricity Generating System From Vechicular Motion On Road.

Abstract: ABSTRACT ELECTRICITY GENERATING SYSTEM FROM VEHICULAR MOTION ON ROAD Several fundamental methods exist to convert other forms of energy into electrical energy. Electric generators transform kinetic energy into electrical energy. This invention we are using air pressure for drive the generator, which is a renewable energy source. The rubber tubes which are lying over the road are the main part of this system. When vehicles passing over the tubes air pressure will generate in the tubes. This pressure will be stored in the air storage tanks through all kind of safety and controlling units. This high-pressure air is regulated and allows to flow to the air motor or engine. The generator coupled with this motor or engine will produce the electricity. As per this system the power generating plant can locate away from the road. Except driving generator, we can use this invention for any kind of jobs where high pressure air is required, such as for driving pumps, cylinders etc. The entire system does not produce any kind of polluted gases and noises. This invention is totally eco- friendly. The manufacturing cost of this system is very cheap as compared to any other power generating system.

FIELD OF INVENTION:
This invention relates to the energy sector. The present invention is applicable in various mechanical and electrical fields especially for electricity generation. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Today Electricity generation process is more expensive than the past. Almost all commercial electrical generation is done using electric generators based on Faraday's law. The most of the power plants are driven by hydro power heat engine or nuclear fusion. Electricity generation from renewable sources are very less. In this invention air pressure which produced from vehicular movement on the road is using for rotate the engine. Thousands of vehicles will passed over this system every day. Each vehicle causes to produce pressure in the tubes. This process does not make any discomfort for the passengers. There is no speed limit for vehicles. Another concern was to produce electricity using with an eco-friendly system. This system is totally eco-friendly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
In this invention I am using air pressure for running the engine or motor. A set of rubber tubes are lying parallel over the road. When vehicles are passing over these tubes air pressure will formed in these tubes. This pressure will stored in air storage tanks and allow to flow to the air motor or a pneumatic air engine. The Stored air will flow through several safety and controlling and regulating units before reach the air motor or pneumatic engine. This engine drive the generator we can put any load instead of generator. The entire system is not emitting any kind of harmful gases. So, this system is totally an eco-friendly system.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS:
Figure 1 shows the block diagram of the system.
Figure 2 shows the top view of the tubes arrangement over the
road and the location of air chamber and channel.
Figure 3 shows the isometric view of the rubber tubes 101.
Figure 4 shows the sectional view of tubes 101 over the road.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
In this invention, air pressure is using for drive the engine. Figure 1 illustrates the system block diagram of the invention. The rubber tubes 101 figure 4 are the main part of this invention. The tubes 101 figure 4 are lying over the road 124. The direction of the tubes 101 depends on the traffic direction on the road 124. The tubes 101

are mounted on a metal plate 126 figure 4. Both the tubes 101 and metal plate 126 are strong enough to carry the weight of the vehicles passing over it. One side of the tubes 101 fully opened and connected to an underground air chamber 105 for air intake for the tubes 101 figure 4. The underground air chamber 105 figure 2 is located on the intake side of the tubes 101, below the road and perpendicular to the road 124. The air chamber 105 crosses the road 124 throughout from one side to other side. Both sides of the air chamber 105 are connected to the overhead ventilation pipes 128 figure 1 for getting sufficient air in the air chamber 105.The air chamber 105 is strong and water tight. Air filters and moisture drainage units are fixed in the ventilation pipes 128 helps to get good dry air in the air chamber 105.
The other side of the air tubes are connected with non-return valves 102. Each tube 101 Figure 2 is connected with separate non¬return valve 102.The non-return valve 102 allows the air flow from tubes 101 to the air manifold 104 through the high pressure air releasing valve 103 only, not reverse versa. All non-return valves 102 are resting in a channel 125.The channel 125 is located on the discharge side of the tubes 101 and below the road 124. First the vehicles 122 enters the intake side of the tubes 101.When vehicles 122 is passing over any of the tubes 101/that tubes 101 are continuously squeezed by the wheels of that vehicles 122.Means, the volume of that tubes 101 are gradually decreases and the air pressure in that tubes 101 gradually increases. When the air

pressure in that tubes 101 reaches above the current air pressure of the manifold 104/this pressure difference causes to open the non-return valve 102 and the compressed air in the tubes 101 is releasing to the manifold 104 through a high pressure releasing valve 103. The air manifold 104 connected with measuring unit 129, safety unit 120 and high pressure releasing valve 119.When emergency occurs the air pressure in the manifold 104 will release to the atmosphere through the pressure releasing valve 119.The no; of connectors 121 on the manifold 104 are equal to the no; of tubes 101 fitted on the road. The out let pipe of the manifold 104 is connected to a non-return valve 106 for preventing the reverse flow of compressed air from the storage tank 109 to the manifold 104.The control valve 107 is the main isolation valve. There is individual control valve 108 for each storage tank 109. When the valves 107 and 108 are open the compressed air in the manifold 104 will flow to the air storage tank 109. This pressure will store in the tank 109.A reserve tank 113 is connected parallel to the air storage tanks 109 through the valve 111 and the valve 112. The tank 109 and the tank 113 having all safety apparatus for avoiding any kind of explosion. When the valve 110 is opened, the compressed air in the tanks 109 will flow to the air regulator 114. The air regulator 114 regulate the air pressure to the engine 116.The safety and measuring apparatus 115 is connected with the regulator 114 for the smooth operation of the engine 116.The engine 116 is a machine which convert the air pressure to rotating

motion. The engine 116 consisting of cylinders and pistons. All pistons are connected to the crank shaft of the engine 116.The compressed air will flow to the cylinder through an inlet valve. This pressure forces the piston to move down. When the piston reaches down the outlet valve of the same cylinder will open and the air in the cylinder will release to out. Same procedure is happening in all cylinders according to a sequence. As the result the engine 116 rotate continuously. The speed of the engine 116 can adjust by the speed governor 127 .A self- exited generator 118 is coupled with the engine with a mechanical coupling 117.So the speed of the generator 118 is same as the speed of the engine 116. We can use an air motor instead of engine 116 in this system. This system, which making high air pressure can use in any field where high air pressure required.
All equipments in the entire system, except the rubber tubes 101, the non-return valve 102 and ventilation pipes 128 are fitted in the power plant, away from the road, located at a place where the density of population is less. So the connection in between the high pressure air 103 valve and the manifold 104 is done by the pipe line 123.The pipe line 123 from the high pressure releasing valve 103 to the manifold 104 is passing through the channel 125.
