Abstract: Disclosed are an electrode assembly, a battery cell, a battery cell processing device, and a battery pack and a vehicle which comprise same. The present invention provides the electrode assembly (110) comprising: a pair of cutting surface portions (115) formed by cutting both sides of an uncoated portion (15) in a diametrical direction thereof around a core portion (112) of an electrode cell body portion (111); and a forming portion (117) arranged between the pair of cutting surface portions (115) and formed by pressing and laying an intended bent portion (117a) that is a portion of the uncoated portion (15) which is not cut.
