Electrode Assembly, Battery Cell, Battery Cell Processing Device, And Battery Pack And Vehicle Comprising Same

Abstract: An electrode assembly comprises an electrode cell body part having a sheet stack, in which a separation membrane is stacked, wound between electrode sheets, and having an uncoated part, on which an active material layer is not applied, formed at a widthwise end part of the electrode sheet. The electrode cell body part includes a recess part which is arranged at a core side in the uncoated part and which has a height that is recessed more in the axial direction than that of the uncoated part arranged outside the radial direction. A plurality of cutting lines, formed up to the predetermined depth in the axial direction, are provided in an outer area that is more in the radial direction than the recessed part in the uncoated part. The plurality of cutting lines are arranged in a line to form a plurality of cutting line arrays. The cutting line array is formed by means of an ultrasonic vibration cutter part having a blade with a corresponding shape. A predetermined bending part arranged between the two cutting line arrays, which are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, is pressed by means of a press part so as to be laid down, and thus a forming part is formed.
