Electrode, Secondary Battery Comprising Same, And Manufacturing Method Therefor

Abstract: Presented are an electrode, a secondary battery comprising same, and an energy storage device, the electrode comprising: an electrode current collector; and an electrode layer disposed on the electrode current collector and including an active material, a conductive material, and a fluorine-containing binder, wherein the electrode layer has a Quantified Binder Ratio (QBR) of 1.1 or less, and the QBR is defined by the mathematical formula below: QBR = Bs/Bf, wherein in the mathematical formula, Bs indicates the average value of the fluorine content in the surface region of the electrode layer from the outermost surface of the electrode layer to within 15% of the total thickness of the electrode layer, and Bf indicates the average value of the fluorine content in the bottom region of the electrode layer from the interface of the electrode layer facing the current collector to within 15% of the total thickness of the electrode layer.
