Abstract: Provided are: an electrode comprising an electrode current collector, and an electrode layer that is disposed on the electrode current collector and includes an active material, a conductive material, a binder, and a fluorinated elastomer, wherein the electrode has a bending resistance of at most 10 mm phi (F); and a secondary battery and an energy storage device comprising the electrode.
