Abstract: Provided is an electromagnetic fuel injection valve (1) that prevents biting of foreign matter between a fixed core (4) and a movable core (7), and has stable flow volume characteristics. An annular protruding part (23) protruding in the direction of the movable core (7) is formed on a suction operating surface (21) of the fixed core (4). A contact end surface (24) of the fixed core (4) that contacts the movable core (7) constitutes an upper end surface of the annular protruding part (23). Both sides radially of each recessed part (25) of the contact end surface (24) are open toward the radially outer side and inner side on the radially outer and inner side surfaces of the annular protruding part (23).
WE CLAIM:
1. An electromagnetic fuel injection valve, comprising:
a valve casing having a valve seat in a front end portion;
5 a hollow fixed core that is continuously provided at a rear end of the valve
casing;
a coil that is provided on an outer periphery of the fixed core and is capable of
generating a magnetic attraction force in the fixed core; and
a valve member having a movable core configured to face the fixed core and a
10 valve body that cooperates with the valve seat in conjunction with the movable core,
wherein the fixed core includes an attraction action surface facing the movable
core,
the movable core includes a surface to be attracted facing the attraction action
surface,
15 the attraction action surface or the surface to be attracted includes an abutting
end surface abutting on the movable core or the fixed core,
the movable core or the fixed core includes a stopper surface abutting on the
abutting end surface, and
a plurality of recessed portions is formed radially at intervals in a circumferential
20 direction on the abutting end surface, characterized in that
an annular protruding portion protruding toward the movable core or the fixed
core is formed on the attraction action surface or the surface to be attracted,
the abutting end surface constitutes an upper end surface of the annular
protruding portion, and
25 both sides in a radial direction of each of the recessed portions of the abutting
end surface are open toward an outside and an inside in the radial direction on outer and
inner side surfaces of the annular protruding portion in the radial direction.
2. The electromagnetic fuel injection valve according to claim 1,
30 wherein the abutting end surface is disposed close to an inner end of the
attraction action surface or the surface to be attracted in the radial direction, and a cross
section of a portion of the abutting end surface other than the recessed portions is
composed of a curved line that is curved in a convex shape toward the movable core or
the fixed core.
5
3. The electromagnetic fuel injection valve according to claim 1,
wherein the plurality of recessed portions are disposed at equal intervals in the
circumferential direction.
10 4. The electromagnetic fuel injection valve according to claim 1,
wherein a depth of the recessed portion is a depth within a range of 20% to 60%
of a height of the annular protruding portion.
