Electronic Based Fired Empty Case Counting Machine

Abstract: Most of the defence people those who are working in defence i.e., in INDIAN ARMY, INDIAN AIR FORCE, INDIAN NAVY etc.... are counting their fired case with their hands. While doing these.it may get 2 or more days because of no machine. While doing these they are not able to concentrate on other works. The concept invention is to count the fired empty fired case if a person wants to count the fired empty case he can go near to the machine, he can pour the fired empty case, the machine will automatically count, and the count will be displayed in the LCD display. The invention explains how the work will be decreased i.e., while counting in hands it may take 2 or more days in a single day they are counting max 8,000 in a day but my machine will count 28,800 in one hour. The power supply plays the main role in the machine and the microcontroller is controlling all the process which is occurring in the machine. We can give a normal 230v to the machine. The advantages of the invention are time consumption, quick work , they can concentrate on other works and employment opportunities is more in future.

Specification

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The Present invention is related to develop an electronic based fired empty case counting machine.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
The invention relates in particular to a method for use with a fired empty case. From the beginning officers who are working in defence are using their hands to count the fired empty case, because of no machine availability. Suppose, if a person wants to count a fired empty case he has to go to the particular depot to submit the fired empty case. If a person is collecting some amount of ammunition in a particular depot means he/they should fire all the ammunition which they brought from the depot and after firing all the fired empty case has to be re-submitted to the depot. For e.g.:- if they are going to the depot to submit the fired case means they will sit on the ground and a net will be given to them i.e., the net will contain 500 holes and each of them has to fill the holes in a given net the work will be done under a supervision of a man. In a single day they are counting min 8,000 in 8 hours. While doing these the work will gets delayed i.e., they can't do other work. The one day work will gets delayed by 2 days and maximum 5 days. But my machine will count 28,800 in an hour.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The main objective of the invention is to reduce time to count the fired empty case through electronic mode. The invention explains how the work will be decreased ie., while counting in hands it may take 2 or more days in a single day they are counting max 8,000 in a day but my machine will count 28,800 in one hour. If a person wants to count the fired empty case he can go near to the machine, he can pour the fired empty case, the machine will automatically count, and the count will be displayed in the LCD display.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
Fig: 1 is the Block diagram of the Proposed system
Fig. 2 is the top view of the Machine
Fig. 3 is the front view of the machine
Fig. 4 is the complete structure of the machine
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
Fig: 1 represents that the proposed system consists of LCD display, IR Sensor, Microcontroller, relay driver, relay and conveyor motor.
Fig: 2 represents that the person will go near to the machine with the fired empty case and he will pour the fired empty case into the machine. After pouring the fired empty case into the machine, the fired empty case will go into the machine. These will hold the top base of the machine.
Fig: 3 represents when the main is being, "on" the green light will glow which will indicates that the machine is being "on". The red light indicates that there should not be any duplication. The yellow light indicates that the machine is being running without any problem. LCD display will show how many fired empty case has been poured inside the machine and how much it is being counting.
Fig: 4 represents the key pad consists of 12 buttons in which it has 10 numeric and two main buttons named as "start" and "reset". In which the person who is going near to the machine he will press the number of fired empty case, which has been poured inside the machine. This section will indicates the output of fired empty case. The material will come out according to the counting one by one in the output section. The power supply plays the main role in the machine. We can give a normal 230v to the machine.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The machine will be placed like an ATM machine center in different defence depots. If a person wants to count, the fired empty case means he will go near to the machine the machine will be switched by the supervisor who will supervise the machine and he will instruct the person who wants to count the fired empty case. The person will go near to the machine with the fired empty case and he will pour the fired empty case into the machine. After pouring the fired empty case into the machine, the fired empty case will go into the machine. These will hold the top base of the machine.

When the main is being, "on" the green light will glow which will indicates that the machine is being "on" . The red light indicates that there should not be any duplication. The yellow light indicates that the machine is being running without any problem. LCD display will show how many fired empty case has been poured inside the machine and how much it is being counting. The key pad consists of 12 buttons in which it has 10 numeric and two main buttons named as "start" and "reset". In which the person who is going near to the machine he will press the number of fired empty case, which has been poured inside the machine. It indicates the output of fired empty case. The material will come out according to the counting one by one in the output section. The power supply plays the main role in the machine. We can give a normal 230v to the machine.
The power supply can be given to the kit is 240 v and it is being converted to 5 v supply. The microcontroller is controlling all the process which is occurring in the machine from the microcontroller the connection is being given to relay driver and from the relay driver the connection is being connected to relay because 240 v can converted to 5 volt and the connection is being given to conveyor motor the conveyor motor will control the speed of the conveyor and from the microcontroller the connection is being given to sensor the work of sensor is to sense the fired empty case and the counting is being displayed in the LCD display which is connected to microcontroller.
The AT89S52 is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8K bytes of in-system programmable Flash memory. It is an Integrated Circuit designed with VLSI device .Infrared radiation is the portion of electromagnetic spectrum having wavelengths longer than visible light wavelengths, but smaller than microwaves, i.e., the region roughly from 0.75um to 1000 urn is the infrared region! Infrared waves are invisible to human eyes. The wavelength region of 0.75um to 3 urn is called near infrared, the region from 3 urn to 6 urn is called mid infrared and the region higher than 6 urn is called far infrared. (The demarcations are not rigid; regions are defined differently by many). This power supply consists of a transformer, rectifier, filter and regulator. Ac voltage typically 230v is connected to the transformer that steps the ac voltage down to the level to the desired ac voltage. A diode rectifier then provides a full wave rectified voltage that is initially filtered by a simple captive filter to produce a dc voltage. This resulting dc voltage usually has a some ripple or ac voltage variations.
