Abstract: The present invention is a low-energy real-time intelligent optimal electronic controller for motor integrated powertrain based vehicle (RTIOEC) for a vehicle with motor integrated powertrain during a real-life driving situation. The controller uses information from the vehicle GPS navigation system and integrated with the driver module block (18) to calculate future vehicle speed information for a limited time window, the length of which is influenced by the traffic situation of the route and the available the computational power of the micro controller inside the controller. The required future wheel torque and power information are fed to real-time optimal control algorithm which calculates the torque transfer ratio between the 1st electric machine (3) and the 2nd electric machine (3a) based on optimal torque transfer ratio calculation (OTTRC) algorithm. The torque transfer ratios for the time window is pre-calculated using the mentioned approach and module level controller controls the individual components based on the torque transfer ratios provided.
