“Electronic Sanitizer Machine”

Abstract: An Electronic Sanitizer Machine [ESM] is disclosed which can be used for controlling the spread of disease germs including bacteria, virus such as COVID- 19 virus which is currently spread worldwide. The components of the said device include: a power source to provide power to the electronic sanitizer machine; one or more controllers including air circulation controller/ light source controller/ heater controller/ angle incident controller/ power current controller/ power voltage controller/ positive ions controller/ negative ions controller/ lumen lux controller, based on the application of the said device; and the opening slot in which the users can place any part of their body which has to be sanitized. The electronic sanitizer machine can be customized based on the use of intensity, and can be customized into various models with different features and uses.

Claims:We Claim:
1. An Electronic Sanitizer Machine [ESM] for eliminating the disease causing germs, comprising of:
a. a sanitizer with an opening slot to place the part which has to be sanitized;
b. one or more controllers through which the sanitization can be achieved;
c. a power supply unit to supply power to the ESM;
wherein, the electronic sanitizer machine comprises of a power supply unit, a slot to keep the hands of the user which has to be sanitized, which can be customised and modified based on the application it is to be used for, with the help of more than one controllers.
2. The device as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the electronic sanitizer machine can be customized using various technologies such as heat, light, hot air, cold air, angle incident, ions, lux and lumen and so forth.
3. The device as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the controllers can be air circulation controller, light source controller, heater controller, angle incident controller, power current controller, power voltage controller, positive ions controller, negative ions controller or lumen lux controller.
4. The process of sanitization through the electronic sanitizer machine comprising of:
a. switching on the electronic sanitizer machine by providing the power supply to it which initiates the controller’s operation;
b. placing the user’s hand inside the ESM effective area for sanitization; and
c. sanitization of the user’s hands to kill all the germs.
wherein, the controllers which can be installed inside the ESM operates on various technologies depending on the application where it has to be used, and once the power supply is ON, the user can place their hands or any part of the body or whole body to be sanitized and after a set period of time, the said device removes all the germs from the said surface which can cause or spread diseases.
5. The process as claimed in claim 4 wherein, the said device can sanitize the external surface of a human body which can possibly come in contact with the infected surfaces.
6. The process as claimed in claim 4 wherein, the said device can aid removal of germs including bacteria, virus and so on, from any surface including hard surfaces like floor, table, chair and so on and from soft surfaces including clothes.
7. The process as claimed in claim 4 wherein, the said device can eliminate the germs including bacteria and viruses without the use of water.
, Description:.Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention is related generally to sanitizer machine, and more particularly to electronic sanitizer machine which can help to improve the health of human and medical practitioners who are at high risk for contraption of various diseases which are spread through viruses, as seen in the case of COVID-19 virus infection.
Background of the Invention
Viruses spread from person to person mainly through the droplets that comes out of the infected person when they cough or sneeze. These tiny drops from an infected individual circulate through the air and can come in contact with any hard surface which can be another individual and can enter their system through mouth or nose. They can also be transmitted from one individual to another when mucus droplets of an infected individual is present on any hard surface like a desk, paper, plastic, metal and so forth, and when a healthy individual comes in contact with the mucus droplets, and then touch their own eyes, mouth, or nose before washing their hands.
Different viruses can survive for different time period of various surfaces. Viruses like the flu virus can survive for 24 hours or longer on plastic and metal surfaces like cafeteria tables, doorknobs, and cups. In that period, when any healthy individual comes in contact with the virus, it can easily spread.
COVID-19 is a novel coronavirus which has crippled the world as it is a novel virus whose infection is seen in humans for the first time, and humans have no immunity against it, as well as any cure or vaccine, which makes the virus deadly. The COVID-19 virus as such is not more powerful than any existing viruses, but the time taken to show the symptoms is from 2 to 14 days, which makes it difficult to identify the infection, and in case the infection is not detected soon, the infected individual can transmit the infection to other healthy individuals, which spreads the infection exponentially.
As there is no readily available vaccine available for COVID-19, and there is no cure as well, the only possible option for everyone is to prevent the spread of virus through social distancing and using the hand sanitizers to wash their hands free from virus before touching themselves.
The existing hand sanitizers and the sanitization processes can reduce the bacteria and virus present on their hands, which is mainly by the use of an alcohol based hand gel or using a UV (Ultraviolet) light/radiation. The other sanitization devices which are used in public bathrooms in shopping malls are hand driers, which are not accessible to everyone. The use of gels and soaps helps in eliminating the presence of bacteria and virus on the hands, through it is not economical, and they are not accessible to everyone.
There are several disadvantages of the existing sanitizers and sanitization processes which are used, which include;
a. problems with sanitation process.
b. problems of water wastage during the sanitization process.
c. problems for chemical use in the sanitization process.
d. Not enough to curb the spread of COVID- 19 virus.
e. cannot sterilize areas where larger number of individuals is present.
f. health practitioners are at high risk, as they are treating COVID-19 infected individuals, and they are not very well protected.
g. the use of UV light/radiation is expensive, and not accessible to all.
Therefore, there is a need for an electronic sanitizer machine, which can help in sanitization of hands, surfaces, clothes, and also works without water, which overcomes all the drawbacks in the existing methods.
Objects of the Invention:
The primary object of the present invention is to provide an electronic sanitizer machine for sanitization of the external human body parts, which can come in contact with the infected surfaces.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic sanitizer machine which can be used to stop spreading of COVID-19 virus and to control the infection.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic sanitizer machine for easy removal of COVID-19 virus from any surface and also from clothes.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic sanitizer machine which can eliminate the bacteria and viruses without water use.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic sanitizer machine which is easy to use and highly reliable.
Summary of the Invention
The present invention discloses an Electronic Sanitizer Machine [ESM] for controlling the spread of COVID- 19 virus which is spread worldwide, or any other disease causing virus and bacteria. The components of the present invention can include: a power source to provide power to the electronic sanitizer machine; an air circulation controller/ light source controller/ heater controller/ angle incident controller/ power current controller/ power voltage controller/ positive ions controller/ negative ions controller/ lumen lux controller.
The electronic sanitizer machine can be customized based on the use of intensity, and can be customized into various models with different features and uses.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention discloses an Electronic Sanitizer Machine [ESM] for controlling the spread of COVID- 19 virus which is spread worldwide, or any other disease causing virus and bacteria.
FIG 1 discloses the Electronic sanitizer machine set-up. With reference to FIG 1, the electronic sanitizer machine comprises of a power supply, a slot to keep the hands of the user which has to be sanitized. The electronic sanitizer machine can be customised and modified based on the application it is to be used for. When a user keeps their hand inside the slot, the user’s hands will be sanitized without the use of water, by using various technologies such as heat, light, hot air, cold air, angle incident, ions, lux and lumen and so forth.
FIG 2 discloses the electronic sanitizer machine disclosing its components. With reference to FIG 2, the electronic sanitizer machine comprises of a power supply, and various controllers through which sanitization of hands can be achieved. The present invention comprises of a power source to provide power to the electronic sanitizer machine. The controllers which are used in the ESM can be an air circulation controller/ light source controller/ heater controller/ angle incident controller/ power current controller/ power voltage controller/ positive ions controller/ negative ions controller/ lumen lux controller.
When a user places their hand inside the ESM effective area, their hands will be sanitized using one of the controllers which can be installed inside the ESM. One or more than controllers can be used in the ESM at once based on the type of applications required.
According to the present invention, the ESM can be customised and modified into various models based on the application of the electronic sanitizer machine, which is described below.
1. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of Air (ESCA):- (Air circulation controller)
a. ESCA1:- in ESCA 1, either hot air or cold air or both circulation mode is available. In this circulation mode, the air circulation is set as per disease sustainability. Based on the disease, either hot air or cold air mode can be selected.
b. ESCA2:- ESCA 2 has in and out air non-circulation mode. In this mode, the electronic sanitizer machine can clean itself via self-cleaning mode.
2. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of lighting (ESCL) :- (light source controller)
a. ESCL1:- ESCL 1 has fixed range mode and single colour mode. In this concept, fixed range can be used for fixed virus or disease removal purpose, which is dying under sensible lighting frequency, and the disease causing virus or bacteria can be removed.
b. ESCL2:- ESCL 2 has variable range mode and Multi colour mode. In this, the variable range can be used for number of virus disease removal purpose which is dying under sensible lighting frequency, and the disease causing virus or bacteria can be removed.
c. ESCL3:- ESCL 3 has visible range and non-visible range mode. In this, the visible range can be used for a number of viruses for virus disease removal purpose which is dying under sensible lighting and non-visible frequency those disease can be removed.
3. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of heater (ESCH):- heater controller
a. ESCH 1:- ESCH1 has direct heating and indirect heating modes. In direct heating mode, the sanitization area is located near the heater. In indirect heating, the sanitizing area is located away from the heater area.
b. ESCH 2:- ESCH 2 has Single heating and multi heating modes. In single heating mode, the ESM is used along with one heater. And in multi heating mode, the ESM is used along with more than one heater.
4. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of Angle of incident (ESCAn):- (Angle incident controller)
a. ESCAn1:- ESCAn1 has horizontal mode, vertical mode and perpendicular mode. In the horizontal mode, the ESM has the light angle of incident is horizontal to surface, and in the vertical mode, the ESM has the light angle of incident is vertical to surface. In the perpendicular mode, the ESM has the light angle of incident which is perpendicular to the sanitized object.
b. ESCAn2:- ESCAn2 has fix angle mode and variable incident angle mode. In the fix angle mode, the ESM has the light angle of incident which is fixed with respect to the sanitized object, and in the variable incident angle mode, the ESM has the light angle of incident, which is variable with respect to the sanitized object. It is an adjustable feature.
5. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of mounting (ESCmou):-
a. ESCmou1:- ESCmou1 has base mounting feature, where the ESM is mounted on the plane of base surface.
b. ESCmou2:- ESCmou2 has wall mounting feature, where the ESM is mounted on the plane of wall surface.
c. ESCmou3:- ESCmou3 has table mounting feature, where the ESM is mounted on the table surface, which is light in weight.
d. ESCmou4:- ESCmou4 has sealing/top mounting feature, where the ESM is mounted on sealing/ top surface, which can be either light or heavy weight, and can also be used for full body sanitization for a single person or multiple individuals.
e. ESCmou5:- ESCmou5 has dome mounting feature, where the ESM is mounted on the dome/top surface, which can be heavy weight, and can be used for full body sanitization models
6. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of models (ESCmo)
a. ESCmo1:- ESCmo1 has single hand models, where the ESM provides the facility to sterilize the one human hand at a time.
b. ESCmo2:- ESCmo2 has double hand models, where the ESM provides the facility to sterilize the one human hand or both hands at a time.
c. ESCmo3:- ESCmo3 has open models, where the ESM is an open model which is used to spread light and heat outside the machine.
d. ESCmo4:- ESCmo4 has closed models, where the ESM is a closed model which does not spread light and heat outside the machine. In this model, the user has to insert their hands inside the ESM.
e. ESCmo5:- ESCmo5 has full body (single person) models, where the ESM is a closed model and does not spread light and heat outside the machine. In this model, the ESM enables one person to enter at a time, and the person’s body will be sterilized inside the machine, along with their clothes.
f. ESCmo6:- ESCmo6 has full body (multi person) models, where the ESM is a closed model, which can accommodate more than one person at a time. All the individuals are sterilized inside machine, including their clothes and body.
g. ESCmo7:- ESCmo7 has full body mob sanitization models, where the ESM system can sanitize the entire mob at a time. In this model, all the individuals are sterilized outside the machine including their body and clothes.
h. ESCmo 8:- ESCmo8 has ESC model which can be installed at bus and busstand entry to sanitize the passengers while entering into buses and bus stand.
i. ESCmo 9:- ESCmo9 has ESC model which can be installed at train and railway station, where the passengers travelling via trains can be sanitized at entry.
j. ESCmo 10:- ESCmo10 has ESC model which can be installed at ships and shipyards where the passengers who are travelling via ships and the people at the shipyard can be sanitized at the entry.
k. ESCmo 11:- ESCmo11 has ESC model which can be installed at buildings and office entry where all the people working at office can sanitize themselves at the entry.
l. ESCmo 12:- ESCmo12 has ESC model which can be installed at the bank, where the people entering the banks can be sanitized.
m. ESCmo 13:- ESCmo13 has the ESC model which can be installed on the table where the user’s hands can be sanitized.
n. ESCmo 14:- ESCmo14 has the ESC model which can be installed on the Counter ESM
o. ESCmo 15:- ESCmo 15 has the ESC model which can be used to sanitize the currency notes which are circulated in the public.
p. ESCmo 16:- ESCmo 16 has the ESC model which can be installed in the factories where the people working in the factories can be sanitized.
q. ESCmo 17:- ESCmo 17 has the ESC model which can sanitize animals.
r. ESCmo 18:- ESCmo 18 has the ESC model which can sanitize food items.
s. ESCmo 19:- ESCmo 19 has the ESC model which can sanitize roads.
t. ESCmo 20:- ESCmo 20 has the ESC model which can sanitize the floor, to eliminate the contaminants present in the floor.
u. ESCmo 21:- ESCmo 21 has the ESC model which can sanitize the chairs.
v. ESCmo 22:- ESCmo 22 has the ESC model which can sanitize the rooms.
w. ESCmo 23:- ESCmo 23 has the ESC model which can sanitize the operation theatre where the infection can take place from one patient to another.
x. ESCmo 24:- ESCmo 24 has the ESC model which can sanitize the patients who are present in the hospitals so that the infection doesn’t spread to other patients.
y. ESCmo 25:- ESCmo 25 has the ESC model which can sanitize the airplanes, which can prevent the potential spread of the infection to a whole lot of people.
z. ESCmo 26:- ESCmo 26 has the ESC model which can sanitize the complete buildings which can be commercial building, office spaces or residential buildings.
aa. ESCmo 27:- ESCmo 27 has the ESC model which can sanitize the shops or malls.
7. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of features (ESCFe) :-
a. ESCFe1:- ESCFe1 has auto start /Auto cut off with Auto sensor feature. In this model, the ESM automatically detects sanitized object and start the operation and automatically stops the operation.
b. ESCFe2:- ESCFe2 has self-start/Manual stop feature. In this model, the ESM manually sanitizes the objects or body parts and it starts the operation and stops operation manually.
c. ESCFe3:- ESCFe3 has Fixed/Variable timer facility. In this model, the ESM is time based and sanitizes the objects or body parts. It starts and stops the operation based on time.
d. ESCFe4:- ESCFe4 has indicator/Buzzer facility. In this model, ESM provides the indicator facility or buzzer facility for sterilizing operations and its completed information.
e. ESCFe5:- ESCFe5 has temperature and frequency setting feature. In this model, the ESM can adjust temperature and frequency of sanitization.
f. ESCFe6:- ESCFe6 has a feature to set the positive and negative ions which flows through the ESC.
g. ESCFe7:- ESCFe7 has a feature to set the current and voltage. The model has the feature to adjust the power.
h. ESCFe8:- ESCFe8 has the feature to set the lux and lumen powers, by adjust the intensity.
i. ESCFe9:- ESCFe9 has a mixed feature option where all features can be manually added and mixed together to customise the options.
8. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of Power (ESCPo):-
a. ESCPo1:- ESCPo1 has power supply feature, where the ESM operates on AC supply/DC supply/Switching Mode Power Supply or Battery supply.
9. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of Power (ESCPoc) :-
a. ESCPoc 1 :- In this model, the ESC operates on AC controller/DC controller
i. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of Power Current (ESCPocc)
• ESCPocc 1:- in this model the ESC operates on AC current controller/DC current controller.
ii. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of Power Voltage (ESCPovc) :-
• ESCPovc 1:- in this model, the ESC operates on AC Voltage controller/DC Voltage controller.
iii. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of Positive Ion’s controller (ESCPIc):-
• ESCPIcc 1:- in this model, the ESC operates on the positive ion’s controller .
iv. Electronic Sanitizer Concepts of Negative Ion’s controller ESCNIc :-
• ESCNIc 1 :- in this model, the ESC operates on Negative Ion’s controller
