Abstract: Provided is an elevator apparatus having a function of identifying a driving force loss determined according to a car position and a driving force loss proportional to a payload. An elevator apparatus is provided with: a car (1) coupled to a weight (2) by a rope (3); a hoist (5) for hoisting the rope; a control device (12) for controlling the drive of the hoist; and an estimation device (13) for identifying a first driving force loss dependent on a payload or a second driving force loss dependent on a car position as a numerical value model and estimating a driving force loss from the numerical value model.
We Claim:
1. An elevator apparatus, comprising:
a car (1) connected to a weight (2) by a rope (3);
a hoisting machine (5) for hoisting the rope (3);
characterized in that the apparatus has a controller (12) for controlling driving of the hoisting machine; and an estimating device (13) for identifying a first driving-force loss depending on a load weight in the car based on a numerical model and estimating a driving force loss from the numerical model.
2. The elevator apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first driving-force loss is proportional to the load weight in the numerical model.
3. The elevator apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the estimating device (13) identifies a second driving-force loss depending on a car position based on the numerical model.
4. The elevator apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the estimating device (13) identifies a second driving-force loss depending on a car position based on the numerical model.
5. The elevator apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the controller (12) controls the car (1) to travel in a vertical direction at the same acceleration for a predetermined car position; and
the estimating device (13) identities the first driving-force loss and the second driving-force loss based on a first driving force directly detected during a traveling an upward direction and a second driving force detected during a travel in a downward direction.
6. The elevator apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the controller (12) controls the car (1) to travel in a vertical direction at the same acceleration for a predetermined car position; and
the estimating device (13) identifies the first driving-force loss and the second driving-force loss based on a first driving force directly detected during a travel in an upward direction and a second driving force detected during a travel in a downward direction.
7. The elevator apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the controller (12) compares a driving force estimated from the numerical model and a directly detected driving force with each other, and determines occurrence of an abnormality in running when the directly detected driving force is larger than the driving force estimated from the numerical model.
8. An elevator apparatus, comprising:
a car (1) connected to a weight (2) by a rope (3);
a hoisting machine (5) for hoisting the rope;
characterized in that the apparatus has a controller (12) for controlling driving of the hoisting machine (5); and
an estimating device (13) for identifying a first driving-force loss depending on a load weight in the car (1) and a second driving-force loss depending on a car position as a numerical model, and estimating the load weight in the car (1) based on the identified numerical model, a directly detected driving force, an inertial mass of a driving system, an acceleration of the car (1), and a force applied by a weight of a cable.
9. The elevator apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein a maximum operation speed of the cars determined based on the estimated load weight and a rated power of the hoisting machine.
10. The elevator apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein a load weighing device for detecting the load weight in the car (1) is corrected based on the estimated load weight.
