[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the biggest feature of the counterweight 106 of the present embodiment the elevator is that the rolling prevention cover 220 is provided. Winding preventing cover 220, the vertical direction in two parts cover separable, i.e. constituted by the top cover 222 and bottom cover 224. The upper cover 222 and lower cover 224 is plate-shaped. The upper cover 222 and lower cover 224 is fixed to the third bracket 215 by bolts, to cover the one side surface of the pulley 206 (a side facing the car 104). Thereby preventing the finger of the operator is caught between the pulley 206 and the rope 108. A plate-like winding preventing cover 220 has a simple structure, low cost.
[0021]
In this embodiment, the other side of the pulley 206 faces the hoistway walls 102a, noted a small distance between the counterweight 106 and the hoistway wall 102a, workers and counterweights 106 since no working enters between the hoistway wall 102a, the side facing the hoistway wall 102a of the pulley 206 is not provided with the entrainment prevention cover.
[0022]
As is well known, the car and the counterweight device for an elevator to move up and down in the hoistway. To ensure that both during the vertical movement is not conflict, between both the horizontal projection it is necessary to open at least a certain distance.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, has a bent portion 222a next to the end of the upper cover 222 horizontal projection protrudes outward from the horizontal projection of the bracket as described above, the horizontal projection of the bent portion 222a There close to the horizontal projection of the bracket described above.
[0024]
Next, specifically described the contents of this part with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. 4, since the plan view, it represents a horizontal projection of each portion of the elevator 100. As shown in FIG. 4, the bracket described above maximum outline of the horizontal projection of (the first bracket 212, the second bracket 214, a third bracket 215, third including bracket 216 and a fourth bracket 218) is primarily a horizontal projection of first bracket 212, and a horizontal projection of one corner of the fourth bracket 218 protruding from the scope of the horizontal projection of the first bracket 212 (corner facing downward in FIG. 4).
[0025]
The top cover 222 is constituted by sheet material. Horizontal projection of the right lateral end of the upper cover 222 in FIG. 3 (see FIG. 4) is protruded from the maximum outline of the horizontal projection of the bracket as described above, namely "outward from the horizontal projection of the bracket described above protruding ". If it is a plate of the upper cover 222 is flat, so that the lateral ends of the right side extending in the direction indicated by the broken line in FIG. Sonaruto, distance between the cage 104 and ride counterweight unit 106 (upper cover 222) is narrowed, the risk that they will collide increases. To solve this problem, in the present embodiment, the bent portion 222a is formed in the lateral end of the right upper cover 222, the horizontal projection of the bent portion 222a is closer to the horizontal projection of the bracket described above .
[0026]
As shown by the arrows in FIG. 4, the formation of the bent portion 222a, right next to the end of the upper cover 222 is moved to the position indicated by solid lines from the position shown in broken lines. Also horizontal projection of the bent portion 222a is slightly protruded from the maximum outline of the horizontal projection of the bracket as described above, but projecting amount of the top cover 222 to protrude in a direction of the car 104 is significantly reduced. Thereby, it is possible to secure the necessary gap dimension between the cage 104 and ride counterweight unit 106 (upper cover 222), it is possible to prevent collisions.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 3, has a bent portion 224a next to the end of the right lower cover 224 horizontal projection protrudes outward from the horizontal projection of the bracket as described above, the horizontal projection of the bent portion 224a close to the horizontal projection of the bracket described above. Horizontal projection of the bent portion 224a of the horizontal projection and the bottom cover 224 of the bent portion 222a of the upper cover 222 overlap. It horizontal projection of the bent portion 224a of the lower cover 224, substantially means that with a change in the same shape as the horizontal projection of the bent portion 222a of the upper cover 222. For example, it says that it has substantially the same bending angle or the same curve. Bent portion 224a of the lower cover 224 has the same effect as the bent portion 222a of the upper cover 222. That greatly reduces the overhang amount protruding direction of the car 104 to ride the bottom cover 224, it is possible to secure the necessary gap dimension between the cage 104 and ride counterweight 106 (the lower cover 224), it is possible to prevent the collision.
[0028]
Therefore, hoistway narrow, have a predetermined angle θ between the longitudinal direction of the upper frame rotation plane of the pulley of the counterweight device, required gap dimension between the cage and the counterweight unit by installing a winding prevention cover while ensuring, finger or the like of the operator can be prevented from being caught in the pulley.
[0029]
Since winding prevention cover 220 is divided in the longitudinal direction on the top cover 222 and bottom cover 224, when mounting the rolling preventing cover 220, so easy to adjust the distance between the winding preventing cover 220 and the pulley 206 it can. Specifically, it is possible to first attach the lower cover 224. At this time, from above the lower cover 224, it is possible to see the distance between the bent portion 224a and the pulley 206 of the lower cover 224 directly, the distance between the bent portion 224a and the pulley 206 to facilitate the appropriate interval range it can be adjusted. When mounting the top cover 222, since the bent portion 222a of the upper cover 222 has a bent portion 224a that is substantially the same as the bending angle or the same curve of the lower cover 224, the bent portion 222a of the upper cover 222 by adjusting the outer surface to be substantially flush with the outer surface of the bent portion 224a of the lower cover 224, the inner surface of the bent portion 222a also becomes closer to the inner surface of the bent portion 224a. Thereby, it is possible to the interval between the bent portion 222a and the pulley 206 of the upper cover 222 to facilitate the appropriate interval range. Also, during elevator inspection, simply by removing the upper cover 222, it is possible to check the distance between the bent portion 224a and the pulley 206 of the lower cover 224 can be easily inspected in the gap dimension.
[0030]
Since winding prevention cover 220 is divided in the longitudinal direction on the top cover 222 and bottom cover 224, the distance between the case and the preventing plate 234 and the pulley 206 out rope to check the distance between the shield plate 232 and the pulley 206 out rope when inspecting the, simply by removing the upper cover 222, to check inspection, it is possible to enhance the inspection efficiency. Incidentally, when replacing the rope 108, so can be replaced by simply removing the lower cover 224, it is possible to enhance the working efficiency. When attaching the lower cover 224 removed, by adjusting so that the outer surface of the bent portion 224a of the lower cover 224 in substantially the same plane as the outer surface of the bent portion 222a of the upper cover 222, a bent portion 224a and the pulley 206 the distance can be readily appropriate interval range.
[0031]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, but includes various modifications. For example, the above embodiments are those described in detail in order to better illustrate the invention and are not intended to be limited to those having the necessarily all described configurations. Further, it is possible to replace a part of the configuration of one embodiment in the configuration of another embodiment, it is also possible to add a configuration of an embodiment alternative embodiment to the configuration of. A part of the configuration of each embodiment may be added, deleted, or replaced for other configurations.
