Elevator Car

Abstract: Provided is an elevator car such that noise in particular structure borne noise in the car during elevator travel can be reduced. The elevator car (1) is configured from two layers of an exterior side plate (4) and an interior side plate (5) and resonance in the side plates is controlled and sound insulation is improved therein by having different measurements for the widths of the exterior side plate (4) and the interior side plate (5) and by arranging the exterior side plate (4) the interior side plate (5) exterior side plate reinforcements (6) and interior side plate reinforcements (7) in a direction perpendicular to the side plate surface with the positions thereof being offset from each other.

DESCRIPTION
ELEVATOR CAR
TECHNICAL FIELD
[OOO 1 ] The present invention relates to sound insulation for a car of a high-speed
elevator, and in particular, to a high-speed elevator car in which solid-born sound is reduced.
BACKGROUND ART
5 [0002] In connection with the present technical field, JP-A-HE1 11 -139727(Patent
Literature 1) describes a background technique. According to the technique, a car enclosure
wall includes an inner enclosure wall and an outer enclosure wall and anti-vibration rubber is
interposed between the inner enclosure wall and the outer enclosure wall.
CITATION LIST
10 PATENT LITERATURE
[0003] Patent Literature 1 : JP-A-HE1 1 1 - 139727
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
TECHNICAL PROBLEM
[0004] Since a high-speed elevator moves up and down at a high speed through a
15 hoistway, a plurality of kinds of noise take place. Air-born sound including sound of fluid
(sound of wind) due to disturbance of air flow in the peripheral of the car and noise generated by
devices in the hoistway is mitigated by enhancing sound insulation, specifically, by filling an
inside of the car enclosure wall with sound insulating members.
[OOOS] When the car moves, vibration from the outside is imparted to the car enclosure
20 wall, and the car enclosure wall generates sound as solid-born sound. It is required to suppress
the solid-born sound. The technique described in JP-A-HE1 11-139727 is associated with the
difficulty. However, according to the technique of JP-A-HE1 11-1 39727, anti-vibration rubber
is interposed between the inner enclosure wall and the outer enclosure wall. This requires a
large number of anti-vibration rubber members, which results in structural complexity.
25 [0006] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an elevator car in
which the solid-born sound is mitigated, and further, the air-born sound is also reduced when
compared with the prior art.
3
SOLUTION TO PROBLEM
[OO07] To achieve the object according to the present invention, there is provided an
elevator car including an outer enclosure wall and an inner enclosure wall, wherein the outer
enclosure wall and the inner enclosure wall are different in a dimension of width from each
5 other, connecting sections respectively of the outer enclosure wall and the inner enclosure wall
are arranged at positions shifted from each other, and outer enclosure wall reinforcing members
and inner enclosure wall reinforcing members are similarly arranged at positions shifted from
each other. This hence prevents an event in which vibration imparted from the outside to the
elevator car causes resonation in the enclosure walls and the vibration is amplified, to thereby
10 enhance sound insulation. Further, since the elevator car of the present invention is constructed
in two-layer structure including the outer enclosure wall and the inner enclosure wall, it is
possible to achieve insulation of sound more appropriately due to general nature of mass, as
compared with the general elevator car constructed in single-layer structure.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECT OF INVENTION
15 [OOO8] According to the present invention, in the operation of the elevator running up
and down, while enhancing effect of sound insulation against noise imparted from the outside to
the elevator car, it is possible to mitigate sound generated due to vibration of the car enclosure
walls.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
20 [OOO9] [FIG. l] A horizontal cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of an elevator car
according to the present invention;
[FIG. 21 A vertical cross-sectional view showing the elevator car of the embodiment;
[FIG. 31 A horizontal cross-sectional view showing in detail an outer enclosure wall of the
embodiment; and
25 [FIG. 41 A horizontal cross-sectional view showing in detail an inner enclosure wall of the
embodiment.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[OOl 01 Referring now to the drawings, description will be given of an embodiment of an
elevator car according to the present invention.
30 [OOll] In the embodiment, the elevator car 1 is constructed in the form of a box or a
rectangular parallelepiped as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The rectangular parallelepiped of the
4
elevator car 1 is defined by a car floor 2, a ceiling 3 opposing the car floor 2, an outer enclosure
wall 4 which horizontally extends between the car floor 2 and the ceiling 3 to configure an outer
wall, and an inner enclosure wall 5 which horizontally extends between the car floor 2 and the
ceiling 3 to configure an inner wall.
5 [OO12] As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, in the insides respectively of the outer
enclosure wall 4 and the inner enclosure wall 5, a plurality of outer enclosure wall reinforcing
members 6 and a plurality of inner enclosure wall reinforcing members 7 are respectively
arranged to increase rigidity of the walls 4 and 5.
[00 131 The outer enclosure wall 4 and the inner enclosure wall 5 are different in the
10 dimension of width from each other. When connecting sections respectively of the outer
enclosure wall 4 and the inner enclosure wall 5, the outer enclosure wall reinforcing members 6,
and the inner enclosure wall reinforcing members 7 are arranged at positions shifted from each
other with respect to the vertical direction of surfaces of the enclosure walls, it is possible to
prevent similarity of the structural pattern from being undesirably generated which repeatedly
15 appears in the structure. As a result, it is not likely that the resonance mode takes place, to
thereby enhance sound insulation.
[00 1 41 Each of the outer and inner enclosure walls 4 and 5 is configured substantially in
the shape of "I". By filling the inside thereof with sound insulating members, it is possible to
further enhance sound insulation.
