Elevator Car Door Locking Apparatus
Abstract: A doorstop side blade is provided in a car door via a linking mechanism for an elevator car door lock device and can be displaced horizontally between a lock position and an unlock position that is more toward the side opposite of a door pocket. A balance weight is provided on the side opposite of the doorstop side blade with respect to a rotating shaft of the linking mechanism. By the car door moving to the door pocket side when the car is in a landing position the doorstop side blade is displaced by abutting a landing door engaging member and the balance weight is displaced to the side opposite of the doorstop side blade.
