Abstract: This elevator car lighting device comprises: a lighting box (20) that is disposed on top of a cab canopy (10) and has a light (219) inside; a light transmissive lighting panel (22) removably installed in a hole (11) in the canopy (10); a mounting bracket (30) an end of which is disposed with a space between the end and the side face of the lighting panel (22) mounted on the canopy (10) that is fixed on the canopy (10) that anchors the lighting box (20) and that prevents the lighting box (22) from lifting; and a protrusion (12) that is fixed on the surface of the canopy (10) facing the lighting panel (22) when the lighting panel (22) is mounted on the canopy (10) and that positions the lighting panel (22). The lighting panel (22) has a through hole (22a) in a position facing the protrusion (12). The lighting panel (22) can be attached to and removed from the canopy (10) by placing the through hole (22a) provided in the lighting panel (22) and the protrusion (12) provided on the canopy (10) in a engaged state/engagement released state.
CLAIMS
[Claim 1] An elevator car illumination device comprising:
a canopy of an elevator cage, the canopy being provided with a hole;
an illumination box mounted on an upper portion of the canopy in order to emit light from an illumination lamp provided in the interior thereof into the elevator cage through the hole;
an illumination plate that is mounted detachably on the canopy so as to cover the hole, and transmits the light from the illumination lamp into the elevator cage; and
a fitting that is disposed on and fixed to the canopy at a remove from a side face of the illumination plate mounted on the canopy in order to fix the illumination box and prevent the illumination plate from floating up, and
further comprising a projecting portion that is disposed on and fixed to the canopy so as to oppose the illumination plate when the illumination plate is mounted on the canopy, and serves to position the illumination plate,
wherein a through hole is provided in the illumination plate in a position that opposes the projecting portion when the illumination plate is mounted on the canopy, and
the illumination plate can be attached to and detached from the canopy by engaging and disengaging the through hole provided in the illumination plate and the projecting portion provided on the canopy.
[Claim 2] A manufacturing method for the elevator car illumination
device according to claim 1, comprising:
a first step in which the projecting portion is disposed on and fixed to the canopy;
a second step in which the fitting for preventing the illumination plate mounted on the canopy from floating up is disposed on and fixed to the canopy on an outer side of the projecting portion;
a third step in which the illumination box is attached to the fitting disposed and fixed in the second step; and
a fourth step in which the illumination plate is mounted on the canopy so as to cover the hole by inserting the illumination plate through the hole in the canopy from the car interior and engaging the through hole provided in the illumination plate with the projecting portion provided on the canopy.
