Abstract: Present invention describes a commercial manufacturing process of a stable emulsion having particle size (D50 value) up to 1000 nanometer and up to 3000 ppm of cyclosiloxane(s) comprises providing a formulation comprising a mixture of two or more organopolysiloxane first emulsifying using a mixture of non-ionic and neutralized anionic emulsifier and undergoing emulsion polymerization below 12 °C by a non-neutralized anionic emulsifier and then neutralizing the emulsion by alkali to a pH range 6-8.
