PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner
in which it is to be performed

FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention is related to Engine Rolling of a vehicle and more particularly it relates to Engine roll restrictor device for a vehicle.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Generally during the engine start up and switch off, there is a tendency of the engine
to roll.
In a normal running of the vehicle, customer sometimes does the abusive start of the
vehicle, but not purposely. One of the abuse operations is while taking the vehicle in
reverse direction, if clutch is fully pressed and released suddenly; there is a tendency
to create a sudden jerk on the vehicle by the Engine.
During abusive operation of the vehicle i.e. during reversing the vehicle if the
customer released the clutch suddenly it creates a jerk, which causes the engine to roll
heavily in clockwise direction. Due to said engine rolling and packaging configuration
between said engine and C-mount which is fitted between engine and sub-frame , said
C- mount tends to rotates in anticlockwise direction and fouls with the sub-frame, if
the impact is more C-mount gets damaged.
During C-mount rolling, the distance of c-mount rolls is more than the predetermined
gap- kept between C-mount bracket and sub frame. As the C-mount travels more
angular distance than the predetermined distance, it impacts on the sub-frame and the
said sub frame is damaged or brakes down.
In order to address the above said disadvantage, engine roll restrictor device is
developed which prevents the C-mount bracket fouling with the sub frame.
OBJECTS OF INVENTION
The main object of the present invention is to provide an engine roll restrictor device for a vehicle.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an engine roll restrictor device for a vehicle which prevents the C-mount bracket fouling with the sub-frame. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an engine roll restrictor device for a vehicle which is simple in construction and cost effective.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
Accordingly the present invention discloses an engine roll restrictor assembly device
for a vehicle comprising;
a bracket facilitated with integrated flange member configured for mounting on gear
box casing with mounting means;
said bracket is fitted between said engine and sub-frarne to maintain a predetermined
distance between the sub-frame and C-mount;
a nut and a bolt with an integral resilient member provided on bolt head configured to
absorb impact and shock on said C mount to prevent fouling of said C mount with sub
frame;
a locking nut for providing below said nut to prevent said bolt from loosening during
impact;
wherein said integrated flange member comprising
hole provided therein for disposing said bolt;
a nut concentrically welded on bottom of said hole facilitated for mounting of said
bolt.
