Claims:1. An apparatus of a user equipment (UE), the apparatus comprising:
processing circuitry, wherein to configure the UE for Ultra-Reliable
Low-Latency Communication (URLLC) in a New Radio (NR) network, the
processing circuitry is to:

decode higher layer signaling, the higher layer signaling to
indicate a UE-speciflc downlink (DL) semi-persistent scheduling (SPS)
configuration, the DL SPS configuration including a periodicity of
control information communication and a number of DL data repetitions
for a transport block;

decode a downlink control information (DCI) format received via
a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), the PDCCH received
15 based on the periodicity in the DL SPS configuration;
detect using the number of DL data repetitions, multiple physical
downlink shared channel (PDSCH) slot allocations in the DCI format;
and
decode DL data received via the PDSCH within the multiple
20 PDSCH slot allocations; and
memory coupled to the processing circuitry and configured to store the
