Abstract: An apparatus of user equipment (UE) includes processing circuitry coupled to a memory, where to configure the UE for Ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communication (URLLC) in a New Radio (NR) network, the processing circuitry is to decode higher layer signaling indicating a UE-specific DL SPS configuration. The DL SPS configuration including a periodicity of control information communication and a number of DL data repetitions for a transport block. A DCI format received via a PDCCH based on the periodicity in the DL SPS configuration is decoded. Multiple PDSCH slot allocations are detected in the DCI format using the number of DL data repetitions. DL data received via the PDSCH within the multiple PDSCH slot allocations is decoded
1. An apparatus of a user equipment (UE), the apparatus comprising: processing circuitry, wherein to configure the UE for Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communication (URLLC) in a New Radio (NR) network, the processing circuitry is to: 5 decode higher layer signaling, the higher layer signaling to indicate a UE-speciflc downlink (DL) semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration, the DL SPS configuration including a periodicity of control information communication and a number of DL data repetitions for a transport block; 10 decode a downlink control information (DCI) format received via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), the PDCCH received 15 based on the periodicity in the DL SPS configuration; detect using the number of DL data repetitions, multiple physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) slot allocations in the DCI format; and decode DL data received via the PDSCH within the multiple 20 PDSCH slot allocations; and memory coupled to the processing circuitry and configured to store the DL SPS configuration. , Description:TECHNICAL FIELD Aspects pertain to wireless communications. Some aspects relate to wireless networks including 3GPP (Third Generation Partnership Project) networks , 3GPP LTE (Long Term Evolution) networks, 3GPP LTE-A (LTE Advanced) networks, and fifth-generation (5G) networks including 5G new radio (NR) (or 5G-NR) networks, 5G-LTE networks, and 5G NR unlicensed spectrum (NR-U) networks. Other aspects are directed to techniques for semi persistent scheduling (SPS), including techniques for enhanced downlink SPS
