Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising uncompressed coated beads of duloxetine or salt thereof substantially free of stabilizer along with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, wherein the coated beads of duloxetine or salt thereof are coated with enteric polymer other than hydroxypropylmethylcellulose acetate succinate (HPMCAS).
