Exhaust Gas High Temperature Diffusion Tailpipe Device With Inflow Air Aspirator And Wheel Diffuser

Abstract: An exhaust gas high temperature diffusion tailpipe device (10) is disclosed which includes an inflow air aspirator (25) and a wheel diffuser (35). The air aspirator (25) further includes a venturi pipe (20) of varying diameter connected to a tailpipe (60) of a vehicle (90) at its inlet (22) and an expander (30) welded to a tapered outlet (23) of the venturi pipe (20) using a plurality of strips (55) to form a gap (45). The expander (30) allows uniform suction of atmospheric air via the gap (45) into an exhaust gas stream flowing to the expander (30) by creating an exhaust pressure drop to lower temperature of the exhaust gas. The wheel diffuser (35) includes a diffuser pipe (40) of larger diameter than diameter of an expander outlet (32) attached to the expander outlet (32) via a u-shaped connecting pipe (65) to expand the exhaust gas to a larger space and a wheel arrangement (50) attached inside the diffuser pipe (40) uniformly diffuses overall temperature of the exhaust gas.
