Abstract: This exterior material for a power storage devices is composed of a laminate comprising at least a base material layer, a barrier layer, and a heat-fusible resin layer in this order, the base material layer is composed of two or more layers, the base material layer includes one or more polyester films, and the base material layer has a work hardening index of 2.5 or more and 4.5 or less in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction and a difference in the work hardening index in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of 1.4 or less.
