This exterior panel is provided with: a metal plate having a curved surface part; a resin structure provided with a plurality of cylindrical bodies having the same length in a central axis direction thereof, a top surface that covers one end of each of the cylindrical bodies, and a base that connects the other ends of each of the cylindrical bodies to each other, the top surface being joined to the curved surface part of the metal plate in a closely adhering state; and a sheet member joined to the base of the resin structure and made of resin or paper.
