Abstract: Eye exercises have been presented as a "natural" remedy for vision disorders, including eyesight, for millennia. There is virtually limited scientific proof that eye workouts can help you enhance your eyesight Exercises, on the other hand, can aid with eyestrain and make eyes feel better. Although eye exercises are unlikely to improve eyesight, they can aid in eye comfort, particularly if your eyes become inflamed at work. Digital eye strain is a prevalent ailment among people who spend their days in front of computers. Different types of exercise for eye comfort are looking up, down, left, right, rotating clockwise, rotating anticlockwise, and focusing on near and far objects. In the proposed invention, a system is designed to assist the user with all the eye movements starting from left to right and to focus on the object using a visualized display board with auto assistance. The user can change the preferences according to the requirement The preferences can be selected from the selection button such as Exercise 1, Exercise 2, Exercise 3, and so on. Each exercise will have different patterns of exercises. The user can also change the routine exercise to customize one. Vision treatment may include eye exercises. It's scientifically proven that eye workouts aid with eyesight improvement in general. Eye exercises and vision treatment, on the other hand, can aid with digital eye strain and other eye disorders. Consider it similar to visual physical therapy. Vision therapy helps in improving visual skills, feeling more at ease, and modifying the way your brain perceives what you see. This invention will certainly improve the vision of the person who is under therapy.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the previous invention Eye Movement, Fusion, and Focusing Exercises and apparatus that may be used independently or as a single unit, which employing a computer linked to a computer display terminal with a screen. As a consequence, the Eye Movement and Fusion Exercises and Apparatus can provide a quantifiable result showing the user's level of accomplishment The Eye Movement and Fusion Exercises provide a variety of increasingly demanding choices. The quantitative findings can be weighted to provide a higher or lower score based on the exercise's level of difficulty. So, there is a requirement of a portable device which incorporated a low powered display which can be carried on the go.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Our invention is to provide a portable eye exercise assistance display unit which helps the users to follow the instruction to do the activity based on the algorithm flow. The device assists the user with eye movement like up, down, left, right, rotate clockwise, anticlockwise, diagonal movements, focusing near, far object, fast^blinking and squeezing. This will assistants and motivates the user to accomplish the process easily and in enthusiastic manner.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The unit is designed with 32x15x15cm (W x D x H) in dimensions for the comfort of users (100). A speaker is introduced in the system to give feedback to the user about the type
of exercise been used (101). The selection process is provided to the user for his or her conveniences in the system. The first process starts from looking UP (102), DOWN (103), LEFT (104), RIGHT (105) and continuous to next step from rotation of eyes in CLOCKWISE (106), ANTICLOCKWISE (107) directions and finally SQEEZING (110) to BLINKING (111) of eyes take place. The unit can be switched ON and OFF by a switch and the user can choose the preprogrammed exercises by using the keypad (112). The information pertaining to the exercises are displayed on the LCD screen (113) for the user convenience.
Initially the module is switched on (201) by the user. The microcontroller (202) initiates all the values to its ports and reads the information from the ports to display the status of the unit on the LCD screen (215) and with audio (214) information to the user. The information from the keyboard is read by the controller to decide the input parameter set by the user, depending on the user convenience the system starts the process with a visual and audio outputs. In the first round of exercise the display indicated LEFT (204), RIGHT (205) of eyes for predefined time duration. The process continues to next set of exercise from UP (206), to DOWN (207) for eye movement This process continues to next level from CLOCK WISE direction (208), ANTICLOCK WISE direction (209), NEAR FOCUS (210), FAR FOCUS (211), fast BLINKING (212) of eyes and finally SQUEEZING (213) of eyes.
