Facilitation Of Emergency Manual Blade Lowering System On Motor Grader
Abstract: The invention relates to described herein is a system and method for moving and simultaneously lowering a manual blade 102 on a motor grader comprises both blade lift cylinders 103 & 104 with rod end port connected to a manifold 106 input line. The manifold 106 outlet line connected to a hydraulic tank 108. An electrical connection from an equipment battery 112 via circuit relay 110 configured to a solenoid valve of the manifold 106. Another electrical connection to an electric interlock switch 114 is connected to the manifold 106. If equipment break down occurs during the intermediate section of the work, then release and operate the electric interlock switch 114. The solenoid valve of the manifold 106 is actuated to open a check valve 116 and the fluid from the cylinders 103 & 104 with rod end port released to the hydraulic tank 108 through the manifold 106 with controlled flow.
