Abstract: In a bus there are 13 seats reserved for female passenger,i3 for male passengers,4 for senior citizens,2,physically handicapped passengers and t for bus conductor.(PMPML BUS,Pune).As per law every individual is equal, hence there should be fair judgment in occupying the seat by passengers in real time environment. As well as, some time some incident such as theft of goods, accident, attacks also happens in bus or other public transport. Under such situation conductor will wave a signal in front of camera and our system will analyse and send SOS signal to authority and police station. The system is designed with considering the proper Human-Machine Interaction, and is very user-friendly. We propose a Person Identification device (PID). In order to make this idea work high care is taken. As the bus is started for ride, this system gets activated and its functionality is started. The working of device is described below: In order to take the correct decision in providing the seats to passengers, the idea is to fix PID inside the bus in such a position where all the seats are visible. Camera associated with PID will take pics every 10 second and sends the image to processor of PID. Device will analyze the image in real time and check the seats are occupied by correct gender. PID will be smart enough to check whether there is some female passenger is still standing when a male passenger has occupied the reserved seat, then it will send alert message. If the passenger does not leave the seats in next 10 seconds then the alert message as SMS will float to the conductor, next bust station, and bus stand head quarter. PID will also send signal to device fitted at the seat and hence it make a buzzer sound and message indicating "The Person sitting on so and so seat number has to vacate the seat"(every seat is provided with a seat number) indicating that the female reserved seat is occupied by male passenger or vice versa.

The picture will act as evidence in case the matters go up to court.
Another reason for developing this system is to take the snapshot of passenger in bus and to judge their activity. Many time passengers complain about the theft, pick pocket, harassing female passenger etc.
Such activity can also be stored in shape of picture where the culprit can be identified later for legal action.

In our System our main aim is do fair allocation of seat and reduce the crime in public transport. In support of digital India campaign, the online activity inside the bus can be monitored centrally. Also the PID kit will smart enough to analyze the picture and send alert message to concern authority.
Proposed invention provides a smart Passenger Identification system composed of a high resolution camera and a processor embedded in the kit. Processor will able to analyze the picture and surrounding environment inside the public transport and act accordingly.

-Here the Authority has to register his vehicle by providing unique and correct information provided by RTO into the server and PID. Authority also has to register the Phone number details of bus station that come in the route of that registered bus.
-The information will contain the following data:
1. Bus Registration Number.
2. Bus Registration Date.
3. Bus Chasis Number.
4. Bus Vehicle Number.
5. Bus Engine Number.
6.Mobile Number of all concern people seating at center server or at different bus station.
7. Emergency Police Station Number.
8. Sending and receiving of image and acknowledge signal respectively between device and server.
-All this data will be stored in server.
2) Online Passenger Identification
- On the start of bus, process of PID will start and activate camera for operation.
- Camera will be schedule to take pics every 10 seconds.
- The image of camera is then analyzed by the system
- It check for any SOS signal send by the conductor or not
-if Yes, then it will send an alert message to the concern authority with police station.
- if not, then it will analyze for any unfair allocation.
- if yes, then it will analyze the surrounding information for any valid passenger still standing.
- if yes, it found any valid passenger then alert message will be generated and buzzer will get activate.
- if not, it will not send alert message
2. Future Improvement when a practical module is to be constructed;
-In future, it can be used to identify and count the number of passenger in bus during different time round the clock. Hence Authorities can decide the routing of Bus service accordingly looking to the demand of passenger.

1. FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to the field of computer engineering and electronics engineering. Particularly, this invention relates to administration of fair allocation of seats to passengers in public transport in real time environment

4.PRIOR ART
There have been some research on improvement of passenger security in Bus. Such as Shyam Networks Secures Public Transport System named as "On Board Bus Surveillance Solution" for Public Transportation Sector. But the security is minimum as it can only do the surveillance by capturing the image and video of the passenger and transfer the image to computer when the bus is parked on stand. This do not process the image or video and send alert message or SOS signal to the authority on real time.
Our PID system are monitoring and processing the image in real time and not only send alert but also do fair allocation of seat which is highly required in the current scenario.
5.QBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
1) Major concern of our system is to correctly identifying the passenger and the surrounding scenario.
2) Once it is confirmed that the female seat is allocated by male passenger and a female is standing in bus then our system will alert by buzzer, sending sms to authorities.
3) At any moment of time if conductor think passenger is suspicious then he can send hand SOS signal to PID through camera, and the alert message will float to the nearby Police station and authority.
4) Our major objective will serve to decrease the crime rate in public transport and also do fair allocation. Even the same system can be kept inside Metro and Train also.
6.SUMMARY OF INVENTION
As discussed earlier, there is no real time passenger identification system and fair allocation system available. Hence it will be the first of its own kind. It will give power to the conductor and as well as the fellow passenger. It will also track the activity of fellow passenger and incase of any misfortune, these images can act as evidence for legal procedure. Suspicious person can be tracked and police alert can be send by waving a signal from conductor informant of camera. These images are real time analyzing and will save real time not only in personal device but also in server. Hence incase the device is manipulated or extracted then also the footage will be available centrally. It will create a fear among passenger and also make them responsible for their behavior while travelling in public transport.

10. NOVELTY FEATURES
1) In our system there is no need for any person to quarrel or request inside the bus, valid person will automatically get seat as the system will alert the message and concern authority will do it for them.
2) It will send SOS to the concern police station whenever it get signal from conductor about any suspiciousness.
3) The picture taken will help to identify the person in case of theft, misbehave and crime. This picture can be used as evidence during legal procedure.
4) As the Picture is not only saved in devices but also in server and in real time, hence any manipulation in device or extracting it from bus will preserve the picture in server. This message that picture is anyhow saved somewhere, create fear among the passenger and will raise social responsibility culture among individual.

10) Intelligence can figure out the hidden information in case of drastic accident or attack by
