Fan Blades With Holes For Better Cooling

Abstract: The fan blades (1) designed in such a way that embedded multiple v-shaped holes (2) provides the better cooling, with high velocity. In addition, the mass of blades is reduced. The mass reduction also save cost. The better cooling rate with high velocity provides saving in power due to better air-flow in low speeds.

Specification

Title of the invention: -
Fan blades with holes for better cooling Field of the invention: -
The present invention relates to the field of fan blades and particular relates to the modified fan blades with effective structured shape holes over it.
Prior art to the invention: -
1. A patent document with application number "US20200049159", titled with "Axial flow fan", describes, "An axial flow fan includes a hub and a plurality of fan blade sets. The hub is configured to rotate around an axis. The fan blade sets are disposed at the peripheral of the hub, wherein each of the fan blade sets includes a first fan blade and a second fan blade arranged side by side along the axis and a flow channel is defined by each of the first fan blades and the corresponding second fan blade. Each of the flow channels has an inlet and an outlet opposite to each other, wherein at least one of each of the first fan blades and the corresponding second fan blade has a flow guiding hole and each of the flow guiding holes is located between the inlet and the outlet. Each'of the flow guiding holes is communicated with the flow ■ channel".
wherein, the present invention provides the better modified airflow along with mass reduction.
Objects of the invention: -
The primary object of the present invention is to provide better air-flow fan blades. The further object is to provide mass reduction in the blades.
Summary of the invention:-
The fan blades are rotating elements which will provide the better air-flow. The solid part of the fan blades during rotation pushes the air downwards. The flow rate which ensures the amount of mass that comes down. The better alternate in these blades are having convergent holes in the middle of the fan. This will enhance the air-flow velocity along with temperature reduction provides the cool air-flow. The issue is that these holes are hard to clean, but nowadays there are pains with dust proof. So overall, the fan blades are mass reduced and provides cool air and can be incorporated in the existing fan itself.
Brief description of diagram: -
Figure 1 represents the schematic view of fan blades with holes for better cooling.

Detailed description: •
The blades in any rotating element played pivotal role for air flow. The air flow is determined by the shape and dimensions of the blades. The blades geometry can be the crucial factor to provide the mass flow rate of the air. The blade geometry is modified for the better flow of the air to the users. A fan blade (1) is modified with multiple v-shaped holes (2) throughout the fan blade for better cooled air-flow. The number of holes and position of the holes can be varied. The air which passes through the v-shaped.holes (2) due to its shape there should be raised in velocity along with drop in pressure and temperature as a known principle. This modified fan blades are having less- mass comparatively, than the existing one. The shape of the v-shaped holes (2) are like bell mouth shaped intake that is on the top position to avoid the noise generated. The air flow is modified due to this, better high velocity cool air is delivered by these blades. It is employed for multiple applications.

Claims: •
1) We claim,
A fan blades with holes for better cooling: comprises of, A fan blade (1): and A plurality of v-shaped holes (2);
wherein, the fan blades (1) embedded with the multiple v-shaped holes (2) provides better cooling rate with reduced mass along with high velocity.
2) The fan blades with holes for better cooling as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the v-
shaped
holes (2), designed in such a way that, no noise due to these blades.
