Filter Element

Abstract: [Problem] To control a flow of compressed air in a filter element so as to prevent gathering droplets from dispersing into the compressed air again. [Solution] A filter element 1 includes: a central flow channel 10; an inner core 6; an inner filtering member 7; an outer core 8; and an outer filtering member 9. The inner core 6 has vent holes 25 formed over the whole circumference of a part facing the central flow channel 10. The outer core 8 includes: a porous part 8b in which vent holes 26 are formed over the whole circumference thereof; and a non-porous part 8a where the vent holes are not formed. The non-porous part 8a formed along the central flow channel 10 ranges from a position above a central position C of the central flow channel 10 in the vertical direction to the upper end of the central flow channel 10. The porous part 8b formed along the central flow channel 10 ranges from the lower end of the non-porous part 8a to the lower end of the central flow channel 10.
