Abstract: In certain implementations, a touch-sensitive screen is set up to receive an indicator of a specific measurement of risk factor associated with a portfolio so that the investor may get a value at risk (VaR) for their portfolio based on the price of their investments and their current rate of return. Moreover, a control unit may be set up to run a simulation to generate a performance index in certain embodiments. Cashflow projections for the applicant may potentially be part of an embodiment. Some embodiments may additionally include calculating the performance index by gauging the magnitude of the time period's net imbalance between buy and sell orders for the holding instrument. In certain implementations, the imbalance between buy and sell orders is used to anticipate how prices will change in the future.

Claims

1. A system for providing a value at risk (VaR) to a person, who is in possession of financial investment holdings by associating with an investment price and a current return rate comprising: a touch sensitive screen is arrange to receive an indication of a specified measurement of risk factor associated with a portfolio; and a control unit is arranged to: execute a simulation in order to produce a performance index; calculate a cashflows for the candidate; compute the performance index using a measurement of an imbalance between purchase orders and sell orders for the holding instrument that was received during a certain time period; calculate a predicted price movement based on the observed imbalance between the number of buy and sell orders; and calculate a predicted price movement based on the observed imbalance between the number of buy and sell orders; and distribute the investment funds among the investment holdings to maximise an anticipated value.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the control unit is configured to execute a step of distribute the investment funds among the investments to provide an investment allocation by maximising an anticipated value.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein the performance index is computed using a measurement of an imbalance between purchase orders and sell orders for the holding instrument.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the performance index being used to compute a projected price movement based on the measured imbalance between the number of buy and sell orders.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the financial investment holdings comprises a real-estate property, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs), Equities, Precious stones, Precious metals and combination thereof.

A method of providing a value at risk (VaR) to a person, who is in possession of financial investment holdings by associating with an investment price and a current return rate, the method comprising the steps of: receiving an indication of a specified measurement of risk factor associated with a portfolio; executing a simulation in order to produce a performance index; calculating a cashflows for the candidate; computing the performance index using a measurement of an imbalance between purchase orders and sell orders for the holding instrument that was received during a certain time period; calculating a predicted price movement based on the observed imbalance between the number of buy and sell orders; calculating a predicted price movement based on the observed imbalance between the number of buy and sell orders; and distributing the investment funds among the investment holdings to maximise an anticipated value.

7. The method of claim 6, further comprising the step of distributing the investment funds among the investments to provide an investment allocation by maximising an anticipated value.

8. The method of claim 6, wherein the performance index is computed using a measurement of an imbalance between purchase orders and sell orders for the holding instrument.

9. The method of claim 6, wherein the performance index being used to compute a projected price movement based on the measured imbalance between the number of buy and sell orders.

Flight safety and airlines operation have been in focus since aircraft were first invented, as even a slight error in aircraft maintenance may cause serious accidents. Thus, aircraft maintenance is critical to aviation industry all the time. To prevent maintenance errors and to provide safer operations during flight, it is important to train for aviation maintenance and safety.
[0004] Aircraft maintenance training industry have always been in process to continuously improve and produce efficient and effective Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs). However, cost of training with adequate resources is significantly high and also requires a high level of safety. Apart from this, a variety of engines for various aircraft require even higher costs for training purpose. Hence, restricted availability of hardware and software resources for aircraft training limits training of aircraft maintenance. There are various techniques are disclosed in patent literature to discuss aircraft maintenance. The following are exemplary documents are discussed.

The MSP contracts with and manages maintenance, repair and overhaul organizations (MROs) who perform the maintenance on the customers' aircraft at line and base stations. Maintenance planning, scheduling and execution information is exchanged between the MSP, MROs, part suppliers and the customers through a shared data communication network controlled by the MSP. Therefore, it becomes critical to find a new tool to improve and replace traditional training of AMTs. a control unit is arranged to:
execute a simulation in order to produce a performance index;
calculate a cashflows for the candidate;
compute the performance index using a measurement of an imbalance between purchase orders and sell orders for the holding instrument that was received during a certain time period;
calculate a predicted price movement based on the observed imbalance between the number of buy and sell orders; and

calculating a cashflows for the candidate; computing the performance index using a measurement of an imbalance between purchase orders and sell orders for the holding instrument that was received during a certain time period;
calculating a predicted price movement based on the observed imbalance between the number of buy and sell orders;
calculating a predicted price movement based on the observed imbalance between the number of buy and sell orders; and
distributing the investment funds among the investment holdings to maximise an anticipated value.

7. The method of claim 6, further comprising the step of distributing the investment funds among the investments to provide an investment allocation by maximising an anticipated value.

8. The method of claim 6, wherein the performance index is computed using a measurement of an imbalance between purchase orders and sell orders for the holding instrument.

9. The method of claim 6, wherein the performance index being used to compute a projected price movement based on the measured imbalance between the number of buy and sell orders.

10. The method of claim 6, wherein the financial investment holdings comprises a real-estate property, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs), Equities, Precious stones, Precious metals and combination thereof.
