Abstract: The present invention relates to the Fingerprint Based Medical System introduces the efficient way to store patient's clinical records. This invention used to determine the patient's past health record quickly and easily by using the fingerprint recognition technology. The medical information system which will enable a reliable electronic medical record system stored in the database. To provide security to the information many MQTT algorithms are introduced. The sensitive medical information is protected by using IOT techniques and thus sending the information message to the doctor like blood group, BP value cholesteral level and heart rate level. This system replaces the conventional paper-based medical records with electronic medical record system. This system also takes the current health details of the patients like temperature, respiratory rate and heart beat rate. By considering the past and present medical data of the emergency people, this invention recommends the type of first aid to be given on emergency place like accident occurrence place or ambulance. So, this invention designed an intelligent authentication system based on fingerprint identification used AT91SAM9260 as the main controller, and used FPC1011C as the fingerprint sensor. The system has the superiority that traditional authentication system unable torealize. The future directions on biometrics technology in e-Health system comprises of DNA analysis, neural wave analysis, and skin luminescence . More so, the inventors intend to implement a secure mobile biometric system in the future.
