Finned Boiling/Cooking Pot & Hote Plate

Abstract: Heat transfer efficiency in this application is defined by the percentage of heat generated from the fire which is transferred to the water. When the finned hot plate, boiling pot or kettle is used, more heat is drawn away from the fire and it is either absorbed by the thermal capacitance of the plate material or transferred toward the water through conduction. In the ordinary plane plate or pots, the flame blown away tricking to its smooth surface, because, there are no any obstacles to I penetrate it to the vassal and at about 15 to 35% of flame goes away without utilization in the atmosphere. I To prevent the wastage of the energy, the finned bottom and side flame touching surface with thermal skirt is the most suitable substitute of conservation of the energy. During the flame touching, there are three fold conservation of energy occurred. One is increasing the surface area, second to increasing the residence time of the flame to closest adherence nearest to the object and third is the thermal protection of the heat to waste to the atmosphere. During the fire burning, occasionally, the rich carbon comes out due to less of the air and rich of the fuel, consequently, the carbon shoot does not burn properly and it appears as black shoots, to re burning these carbons, a surround hot air chamber connected to the drilled MS tube ring, which is fitted to the outer side of the circular hot plate, is the best option to reduce the pollution.. The hot air comes at the channel under side of the chamber in fresh air and it takes the heat by convection of the outer body of the wood stove by the thermo-draft action and leaves the hot air to the circumference of the smoke out let. Here the hot air mixed to the un-burnt shoot and re-burn the shoot. In this way, the smoke emission reduces up to 30% and the efficiency of the stove increase up to 50% in the wood and 15 to 30% .in the gas or Diesel fuels.

Full description of the Invention:-
Referring the above drawing / the sketch no 1,2 and 3, the, detailed description of the invention is as
under.
As in the Fig. No 1, this is the alloyed caste finned (ribbed) hot plate. There may be the boiling pot as in
f,g-No-3 or the kettle in the same finned form under the flame touching portion with or without the
thermal protecting skirt, seeing in the fig. no-3, leaving the burner flam area.
When this pot or plate is placed on the fire (either wood or Gas/Diesel), the flame strike at the finesse,
consequently, the surface touching area of the plate is increase 2 to three times grater than the ordinary
plane plate, the flame touching increase two times greater and the thermal protecting skirt also prevent
the heat to dissipate around the atmosphere and the heat penetration in to the plate or the bottom of the
pot is also two times grater, so the flame must be reduced 50% less.
In these ribbing projections, the residence time is also increase up to 15%, so the penetration of the heat
is increase in three fold. One is higher surface area second is longer residence time of the flame and third
is the thermal protecting skirt
As in the Fig.No-2, there is the sketch of the wood fired cook stove, in this stove; a side channel is given
all around of the stove. When the air is heated, by convection and conduction; the fresh air follows upword
direction due to thermal draft. This channel is connected to the surrounding drilled tube ring. In the
tube ring, this hot air stick to the'unburned carbon shoot and consequently, the secondary burning
performed.
In this way, the level of the pollution is cut down up to 15% in Diesel fuel and 35% in the wood burning
at rich fuel condition.

Claims:-
I claimed and clam that:-
1. That the Invention is related to the energy conservation in Boiling, baking and frying to any type,
size and shape of the cookware.
2. That this invention is farther related to the cookware, such as Kettles, Boiling pots, Hot plates, Frying
pans and such kitchen pots, which are placed on the cook stoves or the furnaces directly, either Wood
fired, Gas or any liquid fuel. ,
3. That I claims there are projected fins, studs or concaved channeled may be caste outer or under the pot,
where the flame is propagate.
4. That I further claims, that shape of the vassals (pot) may be as concave, convex, flat, round, squire,
lengthy or hollow.
5. That there are the SS skirt may used on the fines, except on the direct flam touching or jest on the
burner or the rich flame.
6. That I claim, that the secondary burning arrangement is not necessary to be used. Without it, we can
use it.
