Description of the Invention
While this specification concludes with claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming
that, which is regarded as the invention, it is anticipated that the invention can be more
readily understood through reading the following detailed description of the invention and
study of the included drawings.
The present invention discloses a fire safety system, compns~ng a reservoir of an
inflammable fuel, a fuel control plate housed in the reservoir having a hole wherein
movement of the plate and opening of the hole is adjusted according to the requirement and
enable to partitioned the fuel by moving the plates up and down, an underground fire
extinguishing materials (FEM) tank connected by a supply pipe line to the reservoir, wherein
the supply pipe line is connected to an internal fire extinguishing materials dispensing pipe,
an external fire extinguishing materials pipe and a pipe line surrounded at the upper outer

Turning to Figures and referring to Figure 1, there is provided a reservoir (1) of an
inflammable fuel, a multipurpose fuel control plate (2) housed in the reservoir (1 ) having a
hole (3) wherein movement of the plate and opening of the hole is adjusted according to the
requirement and enable to partitioned the fuel by moving the plate (2) up and down, an
outflow pipe (5) at the bottom of the reservoir connected with another underground tank (7),
wherein the underground tank (7) is placed in a distance to enables drain out partitioned fuel
and avoid any blast or fire in the drain out fuel, there is an underground lift system (6) which
regulates the movement of the plate (2) and similarly there is another underground racher
system (4) which regulates hole (3) of the plate (2), further there is an air pipe (8) connected
with outflow pipe (5) which enable fast drain out of partitioned fuel. Further, the fire
extinguishing materials spreading pipes; an internal pipe (9) arranged vertically and extends
2 % to 3 feet in length on the multipurpose plate (2), wherein pipe (9) is covered with a
plastic cap (15) and an external pipe (17) having hole (20) covered with a plastic cap and
arranged vertically on outside of reservoir (1 ), furthermore, there is a porous surrounding
pipe line (19) is arranged on the top outer surface of reservoir (1), wherein the pipe (9), (17)
and (19) are connected to an underground fire extinguishing materials (FEM) tank (23)
through a supply pipe (10). There is a-wire (18) which connects reservoir (1) to a pump (21)
of FEM tank (23), wherein the wire is connected through a plastic cap (20) of res~rvoir (1)
and stretched by using a spring (22).
Referring Figure 2 it illustrates the performance of the system, when fire takes place, the
multipurpose plate (2) is moved upwardly by help of lift system (6) and positioned at state A.
In this way the fuel starts flowing through hole (3) and partitioned (90:10) by adjusting the
plate (2) and then the plate (2) is reached to state Band hole (3) is closed by racher (4) with
help of another underground racher system (4), wherein the racher (4) is connected with
plate (2) by a wire which is tighten with cap (13) via hook (12). When racher (4) rotates, it
enables closing hole (3) with cover pad (14) by stretching the wire (11), wherein a spring
(16) enables the reposition of cap (13) in its original position. Simultaneously, the partitioned
fuel is drained out to the storage tank (7) by out flow pipe (5). Further, the upper part of fire
extinguishing pipe (9) comes out from the upper layer of the fuel when plate (2) is reached at
state ~- in this case the plastic cap (15) gets melted because of heat and fire extinguishing
materials start spreading on the fuel which enables easy control of the fire. Simultaneously,
plastic cap (20) of pipe (17) gets melted which enables switched on the pump (21) by freeing
up wire (18). In this way fire extinguishing materials starts flowing through pipe (10) and is
reached to pipe (9), (17) and (19) and also starts flowing through hole (20). Referring Figure

extinguishing materials starts following on the surface of surrounding reservoirs and keep
the surface cool by pouring the fire extinguishing materials on the outer surface by
surrounding pipe.
Turning to Figures and referring to Figure 4, there is provided a reservoir (1) of an
inflammable liquid (fuel), the fire extinguishing materials spreading pipes; an internal pipe (2)
and an external pipe (3) connected to an underground fire extinguishing materials (FEM)
tank (8) through a supply pipe (9), wherein the pipe is placed horizontally and having an

opening hole covered with plastic lid (6). The pipe (2) is having two sides (A) and (8),
wherein the side (A) of the pipe (2) is attached with a spring (7) which enables the up and
down movement of the pipe by using a wire (12), wherein the wire is hooked at side (A) of
the pipe (2) using a round hook (15) and connected with spring (7) through hook (16). The
other side (8) of the pipe (2) is rotatable. Further, side (A) of pipe (2) is hooked downwardly
by a wire (4}, wherein one side of wire (4) is tighten with hook (17) and other side (c) is
passed through a round hook (19) and tighten with another plastic hook (5) at the upper part
of the reservoir (1). There is a hole (6) at side (A) of pipe (2) which is covered by a plastic
cap. The external pipe (3) is arranged vertically on reservoir (1) having a hole (13), wherein
the hole is covered with a plastic cap. There .is a porous surrounding pipe line (14) is
arranged on the top outer surface of reservoir (1 ), wherein same is also- connected to an
underground fire extinguishing materials tank (8) through a supply pipe (9). Further, there is
a wire (10) which connects reservoir (1) through hole (18) with FEM tank (8) by connecting
spring (13) to a pump (11) at FEM tank (8), wherein the wire (10) is stretched by a spring
(18).
Referring Figure 5 it illustrates the performance of the system, when fire takes place, in a
normal stage side (A) of pipe (2) is hooked downwardly by a wire (4), in this case, when side
A of pipe (2) pulled downwardly, the spring (7) is stretched. The side (C) of wire (4) is tighten
with plastic hook (5) at the upper part of the reservoir (1 ). When fire takes place then plastic
hook (5) is melted which enables to free up the wire (4) from the side (C) and spring (7) is
reached to its original states, this enables side (A) of pipe (2) to position vertically towards
upper part of the fuel and hole (6) is opened and FEM starts flowing on the fire.
Simultaneously, hole (13) of pipe (3) also opens because of heat which enables wire (10)
free from stretched position and with this the pump (11) starts functioning and FEM starts
flowing through pipe (9) to pipe (2), (3) and (14). Referring Figure 6 illustrates how the
system provides cooling on the surface of the reservoir and control the fire in the
surroun<;ling reservoir by pouring the FEM through pores of pipe (14).
